"Hello?" I held my phone up, my other hand occupied with a new set of nails.

"He's it." I didn't know which one it was.

"Yeah? That's it?" I sat back.

"Just letting you know."

"A text would suffice." I cleared my throat.

"Something better you're doing?"

Easily Ryder.

"Yeah, getting my pretty little hands done the way you want them for the shoot." I rolled my eyes.

"You're a bit more snobby than I anticipated." He told me.

"I'm a professional. You're the snob. I'm making you money and myself richer. If you asked your well mannered brother I must say I'm a sweetheart until I'm being shoved around by a man who might as well wear a leather jacket and slick his hair back with car grease and a comb." I sneered.

"My fault." Was all he grumbled.

"Can I talk to your brother?" I asked.

"Whatever princess."

"Hello?"

"Finally someone sane. Was that all I needed to know?" I asked.

"No, how do you feel about a small lunch date at the cafe down the road from the studio with him tomorrow?" He asked.

"That's fine, time?" I swapped hands.

"Noon, before our first script meeting." He told me.

"I'll be there. Get Mr. Grumpy's attitude fixed. I did nothing wrong." I mumbled.

"I know, he's had a rough... week. I apologize on his behalf, I will have him be halfway decent just try to work with him. It'll get better, I hope." He muttered the last bit.

"Mmmm, when he's a big boy and doesn't let his brother speak for him maybe I'll attempt." I stood, going to wash my hands.

"Still sorry. Goodbye Shaina." He hung up.

I paid my bills, cleaned the house, did my laundry.

This movie was bound to be... freaky? I'd be wearing lingerie leotards and thigh garters, often just in a bra and underwear.

I'm not sure how this was gonna go. My most revealing one yet and I played a stripper three films ago.

I was getting packages in the mail where I had to measure my thigh size, hips, etc.

For a bit of relaxation I chose to read a book and fall asleep at a decent time.

-

"Hey, your name is...?" I smiled.

"Chase." He chuckled, offering a hand shake which I took.

"Alright, ready for this?" I asked and he hummed as we walked into the cafe.

I got a bagel with cream cheese and an sweet peach iced tea.

He ordered and we sat. He was a handsome man, brown hair, brown eyes, muscular, tall. Just a pretty guy.

"Are you totally new to this?" I asked.

"This is my first movie where I have more than one line." He raised his eyebrows and I smiled.

"Your big break." I sipped my drink.

"Honestly I wasn't interested in this movie, specifically the contents of it... however you are one of my all time favorite actresses." He gushed and I laughed.

"Why weren't you interested?" I asked.

"Well for one I'm married, two this is a sexual movie and I'm bisexual buttt married to a man? I lean more that way too." He told me.

"Really? That's awesome is he okay with all of this? This is... hot take of 50 Shades." I asked.

"We talked, he is gay but do you know how straight dudes have Ryan Reynolds? Well you're his Ryan. So I didn't mind doing this at all, he was good with it too because acting is something I really love and I'd like to become bigger in the movie industry." He smiled.

"Incredible. I'd love to meet him sometime. I hope this goes well for you Chase, god I really do. You're a kind man and I can feel how passionate you are about this." I took a bite of my bagel.

"Thank you, ugh I feel like I'm dreaming. I'm literally gonna be feeling up on Shaina Felton." He swooned.

"Oh it's not all that great. Wait til they say 'cut' that's when the disappointment sets in." I winked and he laughed.

"Oh it's time to go, you ready?" He asked.

"For sure." I nodded.
