Chapter 21 Chapter 21
Violet
My legs had gone limp and I was drowning in this fire, yet somehow I was shamelessly rubbing against his arm, wanting more of this delicious wickedness this man had to offer.
Thankfully, Cassie decided to turn around and went back inside her room, the soft thud of the door closing behind her.
Relief flooded me for a mere second and my shoulders were about to sag when Elijah hit that sweet spot, as if he had been just waiting for me to let my guard down.
I moaned again and my hands couldn’t move fast enough to clamp my mouth shut. I glared at him or so I thought but I couldn’t do that for more than a few seconds because he whispered.
“Tell me Violet, why are you coming all over the fingers of your friend’s brother when she clearly needs you.”
The nerve of him!
I writhed, unaware of when exactly my legs had looped around his waist, leaving me plastered to the wall with nothing except his fingers that were expertly thrusting in and out of me.
“I…”
Words failed me again as the pace picks up, hard and unyielding.
“Come for me”
I didnt need another invitation as pleasure rocked through me as if I was being jolted awake after being in a daze for years. It coursed through me like waves upon waves of sheer bliss and I couldnt help the cry that left my mouth.
It was too much. I couldn’t even process the fear of Cassie waking up by my scream, provided that she has already fallen asleep, or her finding me riding her brother.
I felt the slick heat trickling down my legs and coating his fingers, just like he’d promised. I went limp on his body as he slowly grabbed me with one hand, turned around and placed me on the bed.
I was feeling a lot of things at the moment- embarrassment, calm, and soreness.
I wanted to do nothing else except curl up in the bed and fall asleep.
Elijah walked over to me, holding his hand in front of me. The same hand that had given me the most mind blowing orgasm I ever had in my life.
He then looked me in the eye and began licking his fingers clean.
“You can fall asleep here, on my bed, if you are okay with your friend seeing you here in the morning.”
I groaned.
“You’re an asshole” I muttered as I painfully slowly gathered the energy to get up from the bed, to find the bathroom to wash myself.
He only smirked as he continued to lick my juices and simply stood there as I found my purse and I shamefully began walking towards the door.
“I know that, thought you should too”
He said, reminding me of our earlier conversation when I said he was a good person.
“I hate you” I muttered and that only made him grin.
“Liar” he whispered as he leisurely licked his thumb, making me shudder.
I stormed out of the room before I could do something stupid.
Like try to hit him, or feel his tongue down there.
Probably both.
You want to do nothing except sleep in the bed, wrapped in the embrace of the man who just gave you a mind-blowing orgasm.
But that was out of the question.
So I was sneaking out of Elijah’s home as if I was a stripper who was not allowed to make her relationship public with him.
The front yard had seemed huge but walking through that giant space when my legs were still sore was an exercise in itself.
I hailed a cab, got into it and then found myself sneaking into my pack, and my room without waking anybody up.
All the bliss and calm I had felt earlier was now replaced by annoyance and irritation.
Elijah was probably grinning to himself, drowning in alcohol after smugly proving his point while I was climbing up the walls and jumping in my room through the window.
I fell into my room with a thud and the wooden floorboard creaked.
“Ow” I groaned and cursed Elijah in my mind before crawling into my bed. I was panting and breathless again, and punched the pillows for good measure before burying my head in them.
Needless to say, I slept like a horse.
The sun was high above my head when I finally woke up the next day.
And I felt incredibly sore.
My brain didn’t waste even a second to flood me with memories of last night, of my heated kiss with Elijah and the way I moaned.
I dug my hands in my hair.
What had I done?
Shaking my head, I decided to go take a hot shower and scrub my skin until I forgot what it felt to be touched by Elijah.
It was easier said than done. No matter how much I shampooed or scrubbed, the feel of his hands in my hair, on my skin, the memory of his fingers inside me wouldn’t go away.
Sighing, I stepped out after wrapping a towel around me and stood in front of my dressing table.
And that is when I noticed something on my neck.
I brushed my fingers over it but I couldn’t recall when exactly had Elijah given me a hickey.
I quickly dabbed some makeup over it and changed into my pajamas, pulling my hair in the front to cover the area.
When I was satisfied with my overall look, I went towards the dining hall but stopped short when I heard my parents talking about me.
“Do you think I should go check on her? She has barely eaten or left her room since yesterday.” Mom asked Dad anxiously.
I took a peek at them while hiding behind the wall.
Dad placed the cup on the table and replied with a pensive expression.
“I am not sure anymore. Two rejections back to back must have really hurt her.”
Mom’s expression worsened.
“My poor girl. I should have never let her date that loser, Nate. I thought Elijah wanted to marry her so why did he walk away without telling us a reason. Imagine what poor Violet must be going through.”
She shook her head and I could see her eyes grow moist.
“It is all because of you. Why did you have to thrust her into a marriage without giving her time to heal?”
Mom pointed the fork accusingly at dad.
“Me?” Dad sounded appalled. “Our pack needed an alliance and we were trying to secure one through marriage. You didn’t hate that idea then. And your daughter wouldn’t tell us the reason either.”
“Oh now she is my daughter, not ours?” Mom shot back.
