Chapter 9: ELVIS APPROACHED ME

Audrey's pov

The next morning, I woke up, it wasn't a new thing to me that Melvin wasn't in the room. I prepared a bath for myself, took a quick bath and headed downstairs, I met the family already eating and sat with them. Even though I was treated well, apart from Melvin, I really miss my family and home. I am married to the most powerful pack ever, but I have no happiness in it. After eating, alpha king and his wife left the table, so I was just with Kiara, cause Neither Melvin nor Elvis ate with us.

"Should we go ahead with the training?" Kiara asked, I made a fake smile and nodded at her.

"Are you afraid? You don't have to be, it's your first time, so I would take it easy with you!" She added and I smiled.

"I'm not afraid, I'm actually happy that I can get to use the sword, the only thing I can use is the arrow and bow, it would be my first time using a sword" I said and she gasp.

"Surprising right?" I asked and she nodded. She held my hands and we woke straight to the equipment lodge.

"Well, I can blame it on my father, once you are a girl, you are only meant to be married, my sister Kyla is the only person allowed to use the sword!" I explained and she shooked her head.

"I'm not talking about that, I'm surprised because you said you can use the arrows, none of us can, Not even Melvin" she said and I looked at her surprised. Melvin doesn't know how to do this, I thought he knows how to do everything. I smiled "I have something he doesn't have"

"Do you want to try it out? I would really love to see you use it!" She pleaded and I nodded.

We changed into something more comfortable for the environment we are about to enter. Getting to the field, I sighted Melvin training a group of warriors same as Elvis.

"Deos each of you have your special warrior you train?" I asked her.

"Yes! Every warrior have a path of the pack's job they take care of, and since the pack had a lot of things to take care of, father divided them into three, each of us have to train our own warrior, and take care of things given to us" she explained. Alpha king is really Smart, he could even trust his children with his pack.

"But Melvin, controls all affairs if possible" she added.

"So where are your warriors?" I asked and she tapped my shoulder.

"You would be teaching my warriors how to use the arrows, I want them to learn different thing apart from what Melvin and Elvis have been doing, I would be learning also because I would love to learn" she winked at me, and in some seconds Warriors about twenty of them, gathered at me back.

"Let's go!"

I brought out my bow and placed it in a direct way, I collected one arrow from the packs of arrow beside me and placed it on the bow, I closed my left eye and use the right one to make a good direction as not to miss the point I wanted to hit.

"Audrey! You have to be careful, there are warriors walking around and if your arrow hit them,they may die!" She warned and I nodded. There is no way I would but anyone, once I make a target of a direction want it to be. Suddenly I could feel everyone eyes on me, both Melvin and Elvis men, I looked at Melvin and he was looking at me. "Now is time to show him that I'm capable" I thought.

I took two step backward, with my arrow still on the bow, I made two backflip, rolled two time and set free the arrow I have been holding. I could hear the stinging sound of the arrow, as the wind to it to the direction I want and, bum! It was straight to the point I want. Immediately I could hear everyone chant my made " Lady Audrey! Lady Audrey!"

"You are really talented Audrey, how did you do it? Your direction, everything was perfect, I would really want to learn from you!" She said and held my hands.

"I would gladly teach you!" I smiled at her and looked again at Melvin, this time he wasn't looking at me again, but continued his business. I breathed and faced Kiara, I placed her and and leg in the right place and ordered her warriors to do the same, I was about saying another thing when I heard my name from behind.

"Princess Audrey!" He called and I looked at the person, and it no other then Elvis. He haven't approached me like this before.

"You have greag skills, I have never seen anyone fire the arrow as sharp ad this" he said and smiled. I made a slight bow.

"Thabk you for the compliment?" I said with a smile.

"I would love to negotiate with you! Kiara isn't the only person who needs to learn this skill, I also want to learn it, and in return I would teach you how to use the sword!" He said, before I could say anything Kiara rushed to my front.

"I have already promised her that, don't spoil my fun and just go back to what you are doing!" She fired.

"I wasn't talking to you! I wonder if you regard me as your brother and only Melvin is your brother!" Elvis said with a smile, a fake one.

"You know I.."

"There is no need to argue about that, It would be an honor to teach you both and also learn from two teacher, I don't mind" I said.

"Do we have to start now, or you have a personal thing you are doing?" I asked.

"Let us start, since you are already starting the lesson" He winked at me, and I smiled
