Chapter 50

Aaron watches Karan intently as he shed tears. If it was any other moment where they were together and happy then they would have supported each other and would have cried in each other's arms but now the situation is different and now they don't even have that comrade in between them anymore. He don't know why but he felt pain in his heart seeing him in tears and sob like that. Whatever it is he is the reason that Max is in this condition now and in a way he has snatched a friend from another friend. He didn't do it intentionally or by knowing it. But then in a way he is the reason for this. He is the reason for Max's condition. He is the reason that now Max is in such a condition. Karan shedding tears helplessly broke his heart at his condition. He hates Karan but then he doesn't understand as to why he is never able to see him in pain or tears. It hurts him to see him in such a condition. It hurts him to know that his friend is in pain because of him. May be Karan never considered him his friend but he has always considered him his best friend and his family and still some where in his heart that love and friendship is still alive which wakes up every time he sees him in pain or he sees him in trouble. He never wanted this day to come in their lives. He never wished for such a day. He never wished for such twist in their lives but then it happened and they are broken as well as their friendship. It is still hard for him to believe that his best friend has betrayed him soo brutally. It still hurts him to think about that day. It hurts his heart to think that his friend has once tried to kill him. He still wonders as to how did his heart allow him to be that ruthless with him. He wonders as to how he got the courage to think about killing someone who has always loved him and stood by him in his hard times. He then remembering about the pain he has inflicted on him and the betrayal he has given him, he turns his head away from him in anger. Twinkle pulls Karan towards her and hugs him caressing his hair consoling him. Karan cries in her arms while she cries in his arms for her twin brother who is her best friend and always stood by her in her hard times.

Kate is confused and shocked with the happenings around her. She is confused not understanding as to why Karan is here and why he is holding Twinkle like that. The mystery around her is making her want to pull her hair but she just stays silent. She frowns her eyebrows at Twinkle and Karan seeing them cry like that. She looks at Aaron to see him looking at them with anger, disgust and hatred. His face had mixed expressions at that moment. She felt bad thinking that he is feeling jealous and angry seeing them together but then the hatred and disgust in his eyes says otherwise. They in no way look like jealousy. It plainly looks like hatred. She doesn't find a glimpse of jealousy in him seeing his wife hug his new partner in a new project. There are soo many twists and turns in his Life. There are soo many loopholes as well. She became curious to know his story but then she is too scared to ask him. She is still strong on her point that Twinkle doesn't look like what he has told about her. She is totally different. There is a hidden mystery behind everything that is happening here. There is a secret behind every one. Every one over here is carrying a secret with them. She has always thought that she can always see the reality of them behind their closed hearts but in these people's case she is completely wrong. She is not able to read them or see through their hearts. They are all holding some grave past and pain in their hearts. But all of them are hiding it behind their ruthless behaviour and an expressionless face. She feels pity for them for having to live a life of pretence. She also suffered a lot in her life but she never lived a life of lie and she never wishes to live a life like that.

Twinkle breaks the hug and wipes his tears shaking her face at him with tears in her eyes asking him not to cry. She places a kiss on his forehead. Aaron rolls his eyes looking at the drama unfold infront of his eyes. He turns his face away with disgust. He is disgusted with Twinkle for the drama she is doing. She knows how to make people crazy for her with her fake love and concern. Aaron looks at Kate to see what she is doing ahd he frowns seeing her expression which held numerous questions and the most of all he has seen unlimited confusion on her face. He suppresses his chuckle at her expression and keeps his hand on her shoulder giving her a smile and pulls her closer to him. She is looking soo adorable with that confusion on her face. She is such a cutie. Thinking so he places a kiss on her forehead and this time Karan and Twinkle who were staring at them rolls their eyes like he did before but they didn't do it out of disgust but just so that they can get back at him and tease him. Aaron makes an angry face at them giving him a glare which they ignore rolling their eyes at him. He fists his hand in anger but not because they rolled their eyes at him, it's because it brought those beautiful memories of their life together back seeing them behave that way. He don't want to feel that anymore atleast not after what he have gone through because of them and because of what they have done to him.
