Chapter 8: Choosing a University
From then on, I was scared to go to school each day. I didn't know what was coming, and I didn't want to harm myself so that my father would be proud of me.
Even if others ostracized me, they continued to criticize me. I hated that, but after they learned that the principal had nearly dismissed us from school, they didn't dare touch me again. They would have been thrilled to have me kicked out of school, but they all came from wealthy families and were worried about putting their families in a situation that could ruin their reputations.
Dad forgave me after a while, and everything went back to normal as soon as I started seeing a psychologist. Mum only asked me sometimes what happened at school, but I didn't want to give her a hard time, so I mostly lied.
I told him that since then, everyone has changed toward me and come to like me. Sometimes, she learned about a birthday party my classmates had organized and asked me why I hadn't received an invitation. I usually smiled at her and told her I had received invitations but didn't want to go.
The psychologist that Mum found didn't help much. I didn't want to open up to her, and she finally said if I didn't cooperate, she wouldn't be able to help me. Dad told Mum to find me another, but I think Mum understood I didn't need one, so she never found me the right one, and finally, Dad forgot about that as well.
My weight and appearance didn't change at all, but I only cared about that when the boys told Mum and Dad they were coming home for the school holiday. I was very excited about seeing them, of course. Having Spencer close made me feel like I could breathe again. However, I learned something that broke my heart on the last day they spent with us. They wanted to go back earlier, and Dad asked them why. Spencer said he met a girl at school and promised to spend some time with her before school started. It was difficult for me to hug him before they left.
Time passed very quickly, and I was about to finish the year. Even when I heard that Spencer and Ethan had a girlfriend, I was excited to see them.
I thought Spencer was still young and couldn't get involved in a serious relationship. However, I was waiting in vain, as they preferred to spend the holiday with their new friends. They only came home for a week before school started.
That week passed quickly, and I hated listening to the boys and their dad talk. He always asked them about their girlfriends, and the boys had many stories to tell. Dad encouraged them to bring their girlfriends home, which hurt me the most.
Each evening, when I got into bed, I recalled the memory of the last night they spent with me before they started university. I felt Spencer's desirable body while my butt was being pushed into his lap. I remembered how I made slight movements, ensuring I wouldn't wake him up to feel the bulge grow inside his boxers.
As I was thinking of that, I always felt my wetness soaking my panties, and I couldn't help but slip my hand under the light material. I was playing with myself, imagining him doing this to me. While he would bathe my neck with passionate kisses, he would thrust into me deeply, getting me closer to my climax, to finally orgasm at the same time as him. Then, I would lie in his muscular arms, whispering how much I love him.
When the new year started, I hated getting into school even more. I was alone, and not a single person would talk to me. I didn't mind that, as their topics were always about fashion, singing, careers, and acting, which I wasn't interested in.
However, soon after, my parents sat down with me and had a serious conversation. My scores were perfect, so I could choose any university I wanted. Dad suggested I help him in business, and I agreed, as I didn't know what I wanted to do. Dad told me as the boys would run the legal department, I could be a great help on the marketing side. I didn't know what that meant exactly, as I have never been close to his businesses, but I thought I would have plenty of time to familiarise myself with it. At least agreeing with the idea made Dad happy. That was one of the rare times he smiled at me.
The year was ending soon, and I could finally leave that school. All the other students looked sad, and some even cried. It seemed like I was only happy to get out of there.
Mum and Dad helped me decide which university would be best for me. They said I should go to Harvard. However, I considered that it would be too close to Spencer. I didn't want him to visit me with his girlfriend, and I couldn't bear it.
After I did my research, I found the perfect place. I decided to go to the University of Oxford in England. My mum didn't understand my decision, but Dad thought differently. He said my idea was perfect, and my diploma would be worth so much more, so even if Mum was so against me being so far, Dad agreed with that, and no one could argue with him.
The boys came home for a week again, and they didn't understand my decision either, but I didn't mind. I told them I wanted to study in the best place, but that wasn’t the truth, of course. From there, I didn't want to come back home often. Spencer never showed any interest in me, and he had a girlfriend. I knew I had to deal with this feeling inside me, and I knew I had to get over him. I hoped the years spent far from them would help me get him out of my head and think of him as my beloved brother only.
