Chapter 1: Never See You Again After Divorce

Hanyama Mansion.

This was Hance City's most beautiful villa.

A man in the master bedroom got up from his bed and stepped into the bathroom with a blank expression on his face.

The man who lingered her one second ago suddenly changed his face, something Camille Armstrong had long been used to.

She got up and dressed, her face flushed beneath her long hair, she was beautiful, a perfect combination of sexy and provocative.

"Sign this," the man spoke as he came out of the bathroom, with a soft icy look on his face, and with a cool carelessness between his brows.

He explained as he took a piece of paper from the drawer beside the bed and tossed it on the bed.

Camille lowered her gaze and noticed the dazzling words "Divorce Agreement" written on it.

As she stared up at him, she asked in disbelief, "You want a divorce?"

"Eileen is now awake, and I'd like to fulfill my promise to her." The man lit a cigarette, and his handsome face turned as stony as it could be.

She was pale, her eyes were full of disbelief, her lips were lightly pursed, and she mustered courage to ask again, "Is it necessary to divorce? Is there no way to alleviate it?"

"Camille, you should know the purpose of our marriage, I have already failed Eileen once, I do not want to hurt her again."

He was straightforward and uncompromising, implying that there was no way out.

Camille was envious of his tenderness when he mentioned "Eileen", and she understood completely that his heart was full of Eileen Khan, who almost host her life for him.

She, on the other hand, was nothing compared to her.

Her gaze was warm and calm, and she pondered for a few seconds before she uttered a single word clearly, "OK."

The man frowned slightly as he heard the woman's warm and gentle voice, but only for near one second before it disappeared.

"You can ask for anything you want. I can agree to any request as long as it's not excessive," he said.

Camille raised her head, her face seemed cold and clear, but her eyes remained gentle: "I have only one request."

"Say it."

"We will never see each other again after the divorce."

Her eyes were filled with a sense of determination.

There was a deep look in the man's eyes as he spoke in a low, husky voice, "Camille, are you having a tantrum with me?"

Camille gave a light smile and said, "Of course not, what makes you think so?"

She meant what she said, it was the truth.

Ayan Simpson, however, did not appear to be persuaded.

His dark eyes flashed a thin layer of darkness as he frowned slightly. He raised his eyelids and said, "I asked you to make a request, not to be angry"

"Never see each other again? Don't you find it a little childish?"

"Being childish?" It did not appear so to her, "This is my request, as for the rest, I don't need it.", she replied coldly.

She was concerned that she wouldn't be able to control her emotions and woulod cry out, so she quickly turned around and picked up the divorce agreement, picking up a pen from the counter and signing her name without even looking at it.

Crisply, sharply, and without hesitation.

It was sad for Camile because no one knew she had been in love with this man for ten years.

Her lips pursed, and she refused to shed any tears as she remembered how he was obedient to her the first year of their marriage, that he did what a hasband was supposed to do for his wife- give her care and support. She fell into the illusion, forgetting there was always someone else in his heart.

It was now time to return it to its original owner.

She exhaled quietly, turned to face Ayan, and asked, "When will the formalities be done?"

Ayan frowned upon hearing this.

After a year of being a couple, he didn't see that the woman who was always gentle was so eager to get rid of him.

He didn't realize that the woman who was always gentle was so eager to get rid of him after a year of marriage.

As he narrowed his eyes, he said indifferently, "Are you in a hurry? You know it's impossible for us to never see each other. Besides, Grandpa and the Simpsons love you so much, don't you even have the Simpons to keep in touch with?"

"You are the one who filed for divorce, Ayan." ,"And we're getting a divorce, do you still want to mind my business?" she argued with desperation.

She felt like her heart was being pierced by a knife, but she pretended to smile indifferently.

"Did you realize this would cause me to misinterpret, minsinterpret the fact that you had an unrequited love for me? "

She didn't dare to look directly in his eyes but smiled, "Or you're not in love with Eileen, but you're in love with me?"
