Olivia pulled away from Damien when Rihanna came at her in full speed, due to her sudden pace, she ended up falling flat on her face..
Olivia chuckled at the pathetic soul lying on the ground, she returned her gaze to Damien who had a shocked expression on his face.
Rihanna groaned out in embarrassment, but she didn't stop there, she stood up to her feet and readied to launch another attack on Olivia when Damien caught her in place..
"Rihanna! behave yourself"
Rihanna pulled her hand out of his grip, he was asking her to behave herself, when they were the ones in the wrong..
"You're in a secret relationship with her?"
"No alright!"
She laughed out painfully with a hint of tears in her eyes "No? and you expect me to believe that? you've never allowed me come so close to you the way she did!"
Olivia raised a brow, well this was new information, her boss wasn't romantic, she suddenly chuckled at her thought..
Damien turned to her direction and pulled off his suit jacket..
In as much as he hated to see her face, at least he still needed to cover her up, since he was partly responsible for her ripped shirt..
He left Rihanna's side and draped the black jacket over Olivia's shoulder..
For a moment there, she was lost, a hazy image flashed past her glowing amber orbs, now she thought of it, she recognized the scent emanating from the jacket over her shoulder..
Could he be... Her thoughts suddenly vanished as soon as Rihanna pulled Damien away from her..
"Why are you obsessed with my fiance?! just because you work for him doesn't mean...
Olivia raised a finger to Rihanna's lips with an arched brow..
"I have a lot of work to do!.. and once you're done ranting.. please leave, I really hate lousy people"
Damien sighed in frustration, he wasn't lucky at all when it came to the ladies around him, each of them were some sought of trouble one way or the other.. and he thought he had met them all until the queen among them came into his life..
"This isn't what you're thinking Rihanna, just ignore her, you know how she behaves"
However, his words didn't have an impact on her, he watched her turn away and left the office which was accompanied by a loud banging of the door..
"Good riddance!"
Damien turned back to her with a cold glare "Do you realize what you've done? that was my fiancee! and you shamelessly threw yourself at me!"
Olivia shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly "Oh she is? well I don't care!"
"You do realize that you're speaking with your boss right?"
Olivia snorted, he was her boss only in name, he wasn't the one who called the shot when it came to her, infact his mum was the real boss of her not him!
"Then fire me for behaving so rudely with my boss" she challenged with a small smirk..
Damien took in deep breaths and out to calm his nerves, she was so lucky to be a lady if not, he wouldn't have been sure on what he'd do to her..
"You're fired!"
Olivia raised a brow, he wouldn't dare to fire her, which meant he had to go again his mum's order..
"As if you have the right to do so, only Mrs Sterling can fire me.. not you"
Her smile vanished the instant he raised his phone to his ear..
"Come in!"
He smirked when he saw the look of disbelief that crossed her face, he could fire her if he wanted, but he didn't because of his mum..
But now, he had to go against his mum, he raised his hand to the jacket draped on her, buttoning it up, even if she was a huge pain in the butt..
Four security men all walked into the office and stood behind their master..
Olivia's demeanor still remained calm, she couldn't believe he'd go against his mum, but nevermind, she wasn't ready to give him the satisfaction he wanted..
So before she gets dragged out like a thief, she needed to do it herself and save herself some dignity..
"Well I guess this is it then.." she murmured with a soft sigh and picked up her purse..
"Escort her out of here!"
Olivia raised her hand to stop them from approaching her..
"Hold on! you can't really fire me Damien because...
Damien smirked, he knew she would come back to her senses to apologize to him from being a jackass..
"I quit!"
The smile originally on Damien's lips froze as he watched her storm out of the office, so she'd rather quit than to apologize?!

Bianca glanced at the clock wondering who that could be when she heard the doorbell, she unlocked the door and was awestruck to see Olivia..
"Oli...
Olivia walked in and threw herself at Bianca "I quitted my job, I can't take it anymore in that place"
Bianca rolled her eyes hard with a soft chuckle, this was what she heard each time she quits from her job..
She stroked Olivia's back gently with a smile "I thought your boss was nice"
Olivia pulled away from Bianca when she heard what she just said..
"Damien Sterling? nice? he's evil!"
Olivia who was busy badmouthing the jerk Damien, failed to see the change of expression on Bianca's face...
"Wait.. wait.. wait, who did you say your boss was?"
Olivia stared skeptically at Bianca, she was sure her friend was having it hard to believe also..
"Damien Sterling.. the heir of the Sterlings, like the real Sterlings..
"Okay I get it!" Bianca panted out in frustration, this was really a bad thing..
"Geez.. why are you acting so strange? are you one of those girls who have a crush on him?" Olivia casually asked walking to a sofa..
Bianca rolled her eyes hard at what Olivia just said..
"No I'm not! but why did you only find out who your boss is before you even got the job?"
Olivia turned to Bianca with a soft glare "I had no idea that the Sterlings owned the company.. it was just a small branch.. we only moved to the main branch one or two days ago.. but why are you suddenly bothered by this?.. I've quitted haven't I?"
Bianca wasn't sure if telling Olivia about her assumption was right? she didn't want a situation where her friend will be torn apart after Kelvin is taken away by the Sterlings..
"Well young lady.. there's something you should know!" Bianca stated in a firm tone, she headed to the table where an opened laptop sat lazily before returning back to Olivia..
"Okay? tell me"
Bianca typed on the laptop for a while and turned it to Olivia..
"Well I think your boss is actually..
Ding Dong!
Olivia sprang up to her feet and left for the door, she opened it and was a bit surprised by who she saw, her lips suddenly curled upwards..
"Jonah?"
The young man had a warm and inviting presence, with a gentle face and a soft smile that puts those around him at ease.
His eyes were deep brown, filled with kindness and compassion, and his dark hair which was neatly trimmed fell to the side of his face..
He stood at around 5'10" with a lean build, and his relaxed style often features comfortable jeans and a plain white or gray shirt.
"Daddy hurry in.. I need to see Kelvin it's been so long"
Olivia chuckled as she stared down at the little girl who just spoke, this was Kiara, Jonah's daughter, she was just the same age as Kelvin except Kelvin was a week older than her..
Her mum died as soon as she was born which left Jonah to be both her mother and father, she herself knew how difficult it was to be a single parent because she was one..
"Oh! please come in.."
He stepped into the medium apartment with his bobbling daughter who was running around looking for someone..
Bianca shut her laptop and stood up with a smile..
"Hi Jonah.. it's been a while" Bianca pointed out with a wild grin..
"I guess so.."
Olivia returned with two glasses on a tray, a glass of water for Jonah and the glass of milkshake for the little girl..
"Where is Kelvin aunt?" Kiara asked blinking her large brown eyes at her, at least she got her dad's eyes whereas her son doesn't even look like her in any way..
"Oh dear.. Kelvin isn't home, he went to school"
Kiara's face fell "I really wanted to meet him"
Jonah held his daughter's shoulder "Of course you can meet him whenever you want to, we just moved in a few blocks away from here"
Olivia's lips formed an 'o' shape, well now it was convenient for Kiara to drop by..
"Wow really? that's great!
Jonah's face suddenly turned serious as he recalled something..
"I guess you've found Kelvin's dad.. and don't ask me how I found out about it, I saw a man few days ago across the street...
Olivia's brows furrowed, on seeing her expression Bianca walked back with a smile..
"Umm Jonah.. can I see you for a moment?"
