Nothing else was heard or said by either of us.
Suddenly, I realized I had never really been speaking with any dragon!
I was in the sickbed when I replied the hermaphroditic dragon-monster. Even Alliana, my first love was also with me, already downhearted and looking sullen.
When I opened my eyes, I saw her red face. It told stories of bad and hurting memories of the past, especially of romance.
"Here you are, my Alliana!" I greeted her, cleaning up the tears in her face.
She raised her head up and answered with an amazing smile. But, she suddenly took my hands off her and seemed to be upset at something, like a reaction she probably did not like.
"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked her.
"Don't ever call me your babe or any other sweet name again, I'm not yours anymore!" She exclaimed angrily.
I was surprised. Was it really Alliana that was talking? At least, I have seen her raise her head and also, the wound spot on her chubby cheeks was noticed by me. Who turned my babe's heart against me? Who could dare do evil to a shapeshifter like me? What effontery!
"You left me in the lurch, didn't you?" She added, with shocking questions, as you'd expect from an angry girlfriend.
"I never did, dear!" I shouted back in disagreement.
"There you go again, calling me your dear too?" Alliana retorted.
Now, I realized that she had some powers in her, the way she frowned her face. She seemed to be a princess or a goddess or something else, like such. Alliana had been a very caring and loving babe, actually, since I had her to myself.
"Can we go out?" I asked.
"To where? As sick as you are? Don't you know you're not fine? The Doctor said she noticed you were having eerie fantasies since morning. She even mentioned one of the stories she saw in the Sick Test operated on you. Dear, this woman told me you dated a monster in your dreams...."
"When was that?" I questioned angrily.
"Why are you so personal about it, dear?" Alliana threw her own question to me.
"Well, I'm not taking it personal, at all." I answered with an unrealistic smile and realized that, she was almost getting furious at whatever was going in my mind. So, it probably meant that Alliana was going to divorce me, right now. I felt sad for some minutes and I kept quiet that she motioned me to say something. She told me she as bored. It was then I became happy again. Now, I can clear her boredom and give her antedotes of interest. What a switch or should I say, a mood swing!
Alliana walked up to a spot where she placed her guitar. She also knew how to play it, even better than I, myself. Funnily enough too, she did it with her feet, sometimes. This girl was the one who sat on the sky and was songwriting and playing the guitar which she called her "guitare speciale e tonoso (Special and tuneful guitar).
"Hey, sweetheart!" She beckoned.
This time, Alliana started calling me lovers' names like sweetheart and most times, dear. But, it didn't make sense to me as, I wasn't any better or happy.
"Guitare speciale e tonoso..." I murmured in response.
"You're so funny, baby." She remarked.
Suddenly, the Lady Doctor came inside with two nylon wraps. One was containing drugs and the other held two plates of rice and vegetable sticks. The Doctor quickly brought out the drugs and the food. She set the table and served me and my girlfriend. But, she gave my babe the smaller one; she picked out two vegetable sticks and dipped in coconut oil and gave it to her. But why?
"Doctor, I'm full. Never mind and after all, I never told you I was that hungry...."
"Argh babe, you don't talk that way, especially to an adult like her!" I exclaimed. Now, I was facing my girlfriend.
"Sorry. I was...."
"Say no more. Please, go to the toilet to ease yourself. I can perceive you're pressed, aren't you?" I cut in, as she did as said.
"Hey, baby."
"What do you mean? Are you calling me sweet names? Do you want to be mine, babe?" The Doctor asked romantically.
"Alliana is going to cheat on me later and so, I want you." I was afraid of my girlfriend hearing that conversation. So, I kept mute.
"But, I've actually always had a crush on you but, I wouldn't say it out. I'm still scared of Alliana since, she's a monster." She explained.
"A monster?" I asked.
"Yes, she has been bitten by ghosts. Sometimes, she was molested...." The Lady Doctor revealed. She was even surprised, the way she was speaking. Her voice was breaking in between her lips and it sounded as if I didn't even hear her, at all.
"She's a Molestata? Do you mean it?" I asked by interrupting, to be sure of what I was hearing. I cut some vegetable sticks and munched.
"Yes, a ghost white slept with her four years ago and...." She explained.
"You mean she was raped by a ghost white? Did she get pregnant or did she conceive any bastard later? Is she truly a monster, by you, dear?" I threw millions of questions at the Lady Doctor.
"Ask your questions softly, man." The Doctor retorted.
"Sorry, I was feeling somehow about what you said. Thats it, babe...." I pleaded.
"It's okay, do you know my name?" She asked as someone expecting a reply.
"Yes, You're Clara, my crush." I answered.
"Wow, you know my name? How come? But, why are you calling me babe then?" She wondered.
"Well, you're my first crush." I revealed.
Clara covered her mouth with her hands and was feeling romantic, as she encircled her lips like someone hot and expectant of a lovely kiss. We aren't Romeo and Juliet, are we? I wondered as I placed my fist on my jaws, looking at her drama amatoria. I meant that she was making a love play. In some minutes, she was already close to me; I didn't realize this fast. So, my mouth was numb as ever. So in short, I kissed her. I kissed Clara, the Lady Doctor of Venzemeno!
"You're sweet...." The Doctor remarked happily. She was about removing her shirts. Actually, this lady didn't have any underwear on her. I soon stopped her, as I mistakenly touched her chest.
"Hey! It's all right." I shut her up, with a devilish frown.
There was Alliana already seated beside me. She was packing her loads now and signified that she was leaving. Just like that? My one and only? Alliana would leave me, I said, I knew it. The way she acted since I had love fantasies was very strange, to me though - not to her.
The only thing I did was, call her the Queen of the heavens. That was what I saw in that lengthy dream. I was marrying a goddess, maybe or maybe not. It was very funny that she didn't utter a word. She really left.
Alliana deserted my life just like that! But, I thought;
"Maybe she wasn't the Queen of the sea? Maybe she is not a queen at all... The one meant for me…"
