Marked Twice by the Alpha King

Every nerve ending in my body was on fire as their pleasure forced its way through our fated mark. My ex's hands on another woman transmitted directly to me, my wolf thrashing wildly inside as wave after wave of unwanted sensation flooded me. I curled up on the floor, biting my lip until I tasted blood, desperate to stay quiet while their intimacy invaded my mind and body without mercy. "Stop," I begged, tears streaming down my face. "Make it stop." But the real torture? When I finally collapsed into sleep, exhausted from fighting the bond, only to dream of him - Blake, my ex's future father-in-law. His storm-cloud eyes turned molten gold as he backed me against the wall, not an inch between us. "You're mine," he growled against my ear, his touch transforming my mark from silver to gold as pleasure replaced pain. Forbidden doesn't begin to describe what's happening between us. I'm training his young son while carrying his daughter's fiancé's mark on my neck. Jackson betrayed me for power, rejecting our fated bond to pursue political ambition. Meanwhile, my father sits in prison for treason he didn't commit, and Blake might be my only chance to save him. Will his golden threads completely erase Jackson's silver claim on me someday? Is this connection between us destiny or disaster?
