Chapter 6 Seek attention

Chapter 6 Seek attention
Leondra smiled slightly, because her cunning plan was going smoothly. Now Henary was no longer on the Wolves' side.

"I just need to make Henary love me, and we will live happily ever after, with no one to rival the Vampire clan," said Leondra with a happy expression.

Leondra was also certain that Almarjaf would not find Henary, even with the help of the Wizard Aexso. According to Leondra, this place was the safest place.

"Leondra, where are you? I've prepared dinner for us," shouted Henary.

Leondra immediately rushed over to Henary and saw the dining table filled with delicious food.

"Did you cook all this?" Leondra asked, and Henary nodded enthusiastically.

Leondra looked at Henary, then held her shoulders. "It's not that I don't like you preparing all this, but it's not your job. There are three servants here, I don't want you to get tired."

"I'm not tired, Leondra. If it's just cooking," replied Henary.

"Henary, here I treat you like a queen, not a servant. I'm not like your stupid ex-husband," said Leondra.

"I know you're not like Alpha Almarjaf, and you're clearly better than him. But I prepared this as a token of my gratitude," said Henary, gently stroking Leondra's cheek, making Leondra smile slightly.

"I should be the one thanking you. I'm very happy you prepared all this for me," replied Leondra.

"But I'm sorry, I don't know what your favorite food is. I just cooked whatever I felt like," said Henary.

"It's okay, dear. I can eat everything," said Leondra with a smile.

Hearing Leondra's words made Henary blush. She lowered her head, trying not to smile.

"Let's eat together," said Henary enthusiastically.

Henary also helped Leondra take some rice and side dishes.

"Damn it. Henary took vegetables for me, I really want to throw up. But if I don't eat it, I'll disappoint Henary," Leondra said to herself.

Leondra smiled slightly at Henary, then ate. She also reluctantly ate the vegetables and swallowed them with force.

"Leondra, is my cooking good? If it's not good, I'm sorry," Henary said softly.

"Your cooking is very delicious, I really like it. But in the future, let the servants do the cooking, because I don't want you to get tired or hurt your fingers with the knife," said Leondra, making Henary chuckle.

"You're overreacting, getting cut by a knife is normal," replied Henary.

"It's a big deal to me. I won't let you get hurt, no matter how small the injury," Leondra said firmly.

"Leondra is so kind to me. No man has ever treated me like Leondra does, not even my own husband, who is so cruel to me," Henary thought to herself.

Leondra smiled quietly when she realized what Henary was thinking. "I am indeed much better than that damn wolf, dear." Leondra thought to herself.

After eating, Henary also went to his room, while Leondra went somewhere else.

"Where did Leondra go? Why didn't she tell me? Does she have something urgent to do?" Henary muttered.

Henary decided to go outside, when he accidentally heard a strange sound coming from the room across the hall.

"Is Leondra in there?" Henary said softly.

Henary was very curious, so he decided to open the door. It was quite dark inside, and the room was empty.

However, Henary saw a man, whom he believed to be Leondra.

"Leondra, what's wrong?" asked Henary with a worried look on his face as he gently massaged Leondra's neck.

Leondra couldn't answer Henary's question yet; she was still vomiting everything in her stomach.

"Leondra. Please don't scare me," said Henary.

Leondra looked at Henary, her stomach feeling much better now that she had vomited.

"I'm fine now, don't worry, dear," Leondra said softly with a small smile.

Then, Leondra turned on the sink faucet to clean her mouth and hands.

"If you were fine, you wouldn't be like this. What actually happened?" Henary asked with a worried expression.

Leondra immediately hugged Henary's body affectionately. "Actually, I'm allergic to the vegetables you cooked. I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I thought I could eat them."

"Oh my God, Leondra. You should have just told me. I wouldn't have minded if you didn't eat them. Instead of getting sick like this," said Henary.

"Don't be mad at me. I just didn't want to disappoint you and I appreciate you cooking for me," replied Leondra.

Henary remembered when she used to serve Alpha Almarjaf, but he didn't like the food. Alpha Almarjaf got very angry and punished her by not letting her eat for three days.

"I'm not angry, but next time don't put yourself in danger," said Henary, gently stroking Leondra's head.

"I promise, dear," said Leondra.

"Are you feeling much better now?" asked Henary.

"If I pretend to be sick, I'll get Henary's attention," said Leondra to herself.

"My body is still weak. Can we sleep together?" said Leondra, looking at Henary with pleading eyes.

"Okay. I'll help you to your room," replied Henary.

Henary helped Leondra to her room.

"I really need energy," muttered Leondra.

"But I can't help you, Leondra. Maybe I can only help you make a potion," Henary replied.

"Wait, I'll make it first." Henary tried to get up from his seat, but Leondra immediately stopped him.

"No need, dear. There's another way without having to make a potion for me," Leondra said.

"What way?" Henary asked with a puzzled expression.

"You are a descendant of witches, as am I. Can we kiss? I'm sure my energy will be restored," replied Leondra.

"But if you refuse, I won't force you," she continued.

Henary hesitated, but then he remembered Leondra's kindness, how she was even willing to suffer pain so as not to disappoint him.

"All right," replied Henary.

Hearing this made Leondra happy. She moved closer to Henary and kissed him passionately. Henary also kissed Leondra back as best he could.

Their breaths were rapid and uneven.

"I want more than this," Leondra growled silently.

"Leondra, for now, just sleeping together and kissing is enough. I can't do more for you yet," said Henary.

"Damn! But it's okay, I'll do it slowly," Leondra muttered to herself.

"It's okay. You've helped me, thank you. Now let's just sleep," replied Leondra with a smile.
