Her heart pounded as she frantically began to search round the house from room to room but she couldn't still find her. Taking a deep breath and calming her emotions, she inhaled deeply and exhaled through her mouth.
The footpath in front of her immediately froze showing clear tiny footprints. She followed and to her dismay, it led straight back to the lighthouse. She climbed the dusty curved stairs again and pushed open the door and right there on the floor, Emma was tied to a chair and gagged.
