Andre starts growling. This time my dad shoots him the most deadly glare. His wolf came to the surface. His black eyes and gold irises indicates that Blade is now in charge.
"Alpha Mike, I hold you in high regard but I'm tired of your pup challenging me right now. I'm not known for my patience so I suggest you warn him because the next challenge from him will be the last. The only reason I haven't removed his throat yet is because he and my daughter are mates."
"What?!" asks alpha Mike. Sigh, "I understand now" He walks over to his son and rested his hand on his shoulder, "Andre don't say anything else, you're in the wrong here"
Blade turns back to me. "Enya, it's enough. She's not to blame and you know it."
Sighing we drop her to the ground and step over her. "Alpha Mike, I'm sorry for the ruckus I've caused this evening." I say as I begin exiting the room.
"It's fine my dear, I'll have dinner brought up to you."
Stopping, I turn to nod in respect. He really was a kind alpha. I say thank you and leave.
When I get outside I shift and run. I run for hours and by the time I get back it's 12 am. I take a shower and shift back into my wolf. Still feeling upset I pace the room back and forth.
Around 1 am my dad comes to my room. Closing the door behind him he says, "I felt your aura the second you got back. You woke me from my sleep and if your pacing has managed to stir me then it will stir alpha Mike too. Come on pumpkin tell me how to help you."
I sit and hold my head down as a tear starts to run down my snout.
"Oh pumpkin" my dad sits and pulls me across his lap. He rubs my head comfortingly and I let my tears run as I laid there.
Next thing I know, I wake up in bed wrapped in a robe and tucked in.
Sighing I link my dad asking what time it is and where he was. He told me that he was about to step out of his room to go have dinner and asked if I wanted to join. I said yes and began to get ready.
As we step inside the dining room, alpha Mike welcomes us to the table. "Alpha Jason, Sapphire, thank you for joining us for dinner. I do hope you were able to get enough rest Sapphire," he says with an apologetic look.
"Thank you, I did, and again I'm sorry for yesterday." I answer
"Oh don’t mind it,” he waves it off as we sit.
Luna Arielle starts to giggle. "Dear, you have nothing to apologize for. When we first met I ended up putting a she-wolf in a coma for a week because he allowed her to kiss his cheek and I happened to have walked into the room at that exact moment. Dealing with that was far more annoying than having to fix broken furniture."
Looking at each other, Dad and I start laughing.
"You're definitely right! But a week long coma though?" I ask with an amused grin.
"Yes my dear, if a she wolf is gonna make passes at an alpha, she should at least be strong enough to defend herself against his possible mate," she laughs.
"My dear," Luna Arielle turns back to me, "You should've just gone ahead and beat the crap outta him. You should've kicked him where the sun don't shine. The little bastard is strong enough to handle a kick or two to the pecker." she says folding her arms across her chest and sitting back.
Dad was the first to start chuckling. Not being able to help myself I burst out laughing.
After about five mins we manage to calm down and start on our appetizers.
While we're waiting for our main dishes, in walks Andre, or at least I thought it was.
Luna Arielle grabs her steak knife and sails it at him.
As if he is used to this treatment, he catches it right before it reaches his face. "Moommmm, why are you throwing a steak knife at me."
That's when I realized it wasn't Andre. His voice was slightly deeper and he seemed more experienced.
Shaking his head alpha Mike squeezes the bridge of his nose, "I didn't know you would be back tonight Jared."
Taking his seat and spreading his napkin on his lap, "Well, mom called and told me that I needed to get home in time for dinner because she was going to murder my twin bastard because his mate caught him cheating.
Ten mins after we start eating and talking about random things Andre walks in. He stops at the dining room entrance and we lock eyes again.
Luna Arielle uses this opportunity to throw her steak knife again. Because he was so distracted he didn't realize until the knife plunged into his left shoulder. "Argh, who the hell?!" he starts as he looks in the direction the knife came from. "...Mom?! what're you..." swoosh, a second knife goes flying. "Mom! stop!" this time he catches it. "What is wrong with you?!"
"What is wrong with me? you little prick, what is wrong with you?!" looking around for something else to throw, Jared tosses her his steak knife, "This is my favorite part" his says with excitement on his face.
"Luna Arielle begins to move from around the table. "You slimy little bastard get over here. I'm gonna castrate you, you ungrateful ingrate of a pup."
"Ah! Mom let go!" he cries out as Luna Arielle grabs him by the ear and points the knife in his face. Just then we hear his plaything’s annoying voice.
"What's going on? Andre are you...", but the second she sees the Luna she stops in her tracks, "Luna, hel...hello" she bows her head in respect.
"Why is she in my house?" Asks Luna Arielle
