I staggered away from the bar, pushing through the crowd toward him.
The desire was overwhelming, a wild, uncontrollable thought that made my throat tighten and my body heat up, my blood boiling with a loud inner chant of "I want him, I want him." But damn this alcohol! It numbed my nerves and stole my balance. I tripped over a chair, and suddenly, everything around me seemed to spin and sway. "Damn it," I had to admit I was drunk, but I wouldn't let that stop me.
As I struggled to regain my balance and looked up, the man had vanished.
Annoyed, but undeterred, I knew where to find him. The bar had a lounge near the stage where the male escorts would hang out when not entertaining clients. I knew this because that's where I met Nico when he was one of them at the bar when he was seventeen. I had saved him when he was being ostracized and beaten up. Now he had betrayed me. But no matter, I would soon correct that mistake. All I needed was a man better than him, as long as I had enough money in my wallet.
Stumbling through the crowd, I forcefully pushed past people blocking my way. Men gave me ambiguous invitations, and hands damp with desire reached for my buttocks, which I slapped away. Amidst the curses of men and the jealous, mocking gazes of women, I held my head high through the crowd. Finally, when I clumsily reached the lounge, I saw that man coming out. The flickering lights of the bar illuminated his body, and through my drunken eyes, I finally made out the color of his eyes-amber.
I took a step forward and tripped over my own feet, falling right into him, and the strong scent of his woody cologne mixed with his body heat instantly surrounded me, making my head spin even more. "Your eyes are beautiful," I said dizzily, reaching out to touch his eyes, but he quickly grabbed my wrist.
"I want to have sex with you," I said as I freed my hand and touched his chest. Oh, his chest was broad, and his muscles under the shirt were firm and elastic. I swallowed hard. This was too tempting; I wanted to rip his shirt off.
"I want to have sex with you," I repeated. Then, his hand was on my chin, lifting it as the light swept across his eyes, revealing the fierceness and sharpness hidden within the amber. My scalp tingled at the danger that his expression revealed.
"Are you ready?" His lips moved, the intoxicating scent of alcohol escaping them. His gaze grew more predatory, his grip stronger. I shivered involuntarily, my instincts screaming at me to run, but his arms locked around my soft waist, pulling me forcefully into his embrace. His strength was immense, his biceps the most perfect shape I had ever dreamed of, and the raw power made my soul tremble even more.
"I might..."
But his head moved closer, giving me no chance to refuse, his warm and soft lips pressing against mine. My head exploded like fireworks, the dazzling display blinding me. I lost myself, controlled by the direction of his strength, rising on my tiptoes, forced to endure his passionate, fierce kiss.
It was thrilling. He was so different from Nico, and I was a bit out of sync with his rhythm. My inexperienced response left him unsatisfied, and he wanted more, his tongue prying my teeth apart.
"Mmm..." His tongue twirled within my mouth, sucking my soft tongue, a bit painful and slightly numb, the saliva that we couldn't swallow in time slipping from our intertwined lips.
I was gasping for air, completely at his mercy, my brain fogging up from the lack of oxygen. My body was reacting uncontrollably. The instinct to survive had me pushing against his broad shoulders, but my strength was insignificant to him. My feeble attempts only seemed to excite him more. His hands roamed under my clothes, roughly kneading the soft flesh at my waist. His rough palms felt like electricity coursing over my skin, making me shudder.
"Stop..." I managed to plead in a brief moment when he paused to breathe, "Let me breathe... Ah!"
With one hand, he pushed aside my skirt and grabbed my plump buttocks through my underwear, lifting me effortlessly. My view suddenly elevated, I felt dizzy, my neck too weak to hold up my head. I burped, the smell of alcohol heavy in the air. The man laughed, clearly amused.
He pinched my behind hard. "What's your name?"
I was too drunk to withhold anything, "Sienna, and you?"
"Antonio, your man."
His determined tone sparked my competitiveness. "Sienna, your woman," I retorted.
Antonio paused, then let out a cold laugh, sending a chill down my spine.
"If that's your decision," he whispered hotly into my ear, leaving me momentarily dazed.
Suddenly, I felt a chill; my underwear was pulled down, hanging loosely around my ankles. The shifting lights of the bar's dance floor occasionally illuminated our corner. Not far from us, scantily clad dancers swayed seductively, drawing lecherous hands and admiring gazes from the men attempting to touch their soft, full breasts.
Amidst the crowd, my thin skirt was pushed to my waist, my bare legs tightly wrapping around Antonio's narrow, muscular waist. His arousal pressed threateningly against my tender spot.
"No, not here..." I gasped, my inhibitions dulled by alcohol returning abruptly, "We could go to a room... I mean, it's too crowded here... I..."
What was I saying? The growing presence between my legs heated my cheeks, my breath hot, as if I had a fever, my nipples hardening.
Antonio pushed me back against a cold wall, his gaze lustful and dangerous as he advanced. His rough fingertips traced the soft skin of my inner thigh, pleased by my shivering response. "I thought you'd enjoy showing everyone how you soothe me with your body, Sienna."
"No," I replied nervously, well aware of the number of people around us. The dance floor was too close; just a bit of attention from there and my exposed lower body would be in plain view.
I couldn't bear the thought of those lewd, disgusting gazes on my thighs. I held Antonio tighter, our bodies pressed even closer. I warned him, "You should do what your client says. You are a professional hooker."
Antonio's expression turned menacing, he frowned. "Hooker?"
"Hey, Antonio!"
Someone called out his name. I instinctively turned to look, but Antonio was too domineering, his large hand cradling the back of my head, pressing my face into his chest.
Frightened, I thought about fleeing when suddenly, a gunshot silenced the noisy bar momentarily. Chaos erupted immediately afterward with screams, cries, more gunshots, and the sound of tables and chairs crashing to the ground all blending together. My mind, still clouded by alcohol, made everything feel like a nightmare. I felt Antonio holding me as we rushed through the crowd toward the back door of the bar.
"Where are you taking me?" He set me down, and I realized I was barefoot, having only had time to put on my underwear. Now, clutching my high heels, I started to run as Antonio pulled me along. It was then I noticed the gun in his hand.
A gun?
Suddenly, I realized I might be wrong. Perhaps Antonio was not just an ordinary hooker.
