Chapter 33

At the hunter academy.

Hope and Alon were both busy taking their time off, it seems Alon had regain his consciousness, he looks stronger than before.

He was sitting up right on his bed.

Suddenly two unknown people came into the hunter academy, as Hope heard he dashed outside immediately to discover that it was just some group of men seeking where to pass a night, as he looks closely, he was able to identify one of them.

It was Rishi, he was not looking bad himself, he was properly dressed and looking great.

He walks in with another person, Hope tries to identify him but finds it difficult to tell who he really is.

‘ what is he doing here ’, Hope soliloquies to himself before dashing for Alon's room.

Rishi was busy keeping watch while One was busy having a conversation with one of the student.

‘ ok, thanks alot, am really grateful ’, One nods his head and flash a smile on his face.

‘ where are we passing the night, is it here ’, Rishi said.

One looks at him, ‘ I think we are passing a night here, but first we need to find that bastard of a demon hunter ’.

They both walked into the academy.

While Hope ran into Alon's room.

‘ hey, we need to get out of here before things get worst ’, Hope said.

Alon turns his head, ‘ what is happening, tell me ’, in a serious tone.

‘ that guy who wanted to kill you is here, we need to get out of here before they find the both of us and kill us, hurry ’, Hope said.

It was night and the other students were sleeping, Rishi and One where busy preparing to carry out their search on Alon.

Rishi led the way with One behind of him.

‘ I think they are all out, we need to make our move now or else, we might miss our chance ’, Rishi said.

As they both walked into the passage, One wondered why Jomovic will want to kill Rishi.

Getting to a door, they sight a person looking bruised up from outside the window.

‘ hey, I think that is him ’.

‘ you think or you wonder that is him ’.

They both walked to the door and broke it down only to see a person lying down on the bed.

‘ hey, mind your step ’.

One looks angry as Rishi bosses him around.

Rishi slowly reached for the bed sheets and drags it down.

‘ hey, who are you guys and what are you doing in my room ’.

It was another young student, he was looking tired and exhausted with the dizzy eyes of sleepiness on him before they woke him up.

‘ sorry, it was a very big mistake understand, we were just looking for an old friend ’, One said as he slowly reached for his waist to unsheathe his sword.

As Rishi sights him, he lunge for the student and took his arms around his neck, clutching it till he blanked out.

One stares at him for a while and puts back his sword to it's initial position.

‘ did you really think I would let you kill him, am not a murderer dude ’, in a soft tone while staring at him.

‘ I was not planning to kill him, just to hurt him a little for him to speak up ’.

They both walked out from the room as the student was busy been unconscious.

While Hope and Alon were busy hiding, while planning on how to report the unknown visitor.

Hope was busy standing on guard while Alon was also busy checking if he could lift one up.

Hope looks at him, ‘ it seems you are looking strong, I think you should hold it like this, since your right hand is pretty banged up ’, he demonstrates how to hold a sword with a left hand with his left hand.

‘ how do we defend ourselves from those bastards, we don't even stand a chance against your best friend over there ’, Hope said.

‘ we don't need to defend ourselves from them, we just need to draw a little attention to ourselves, so that they will go on a wild goose chase and wake up the other demon hunters here ’, Alon replied.

‘ how do we anticipate that ’.

‘ by letting them to find us before they loss interest on us ’.

While at the west country, Exmoor.

Alvin and his sister were busy walking through Exmoor's beautiful streets, it was already dark and the cold winds of the season went through their body causing them to shiever.

As they kept on moving, they sight a young man hold a young boy who struggles to breath.

‘ what is that ’, Angela asked.

Alvin walks closer to him and discovered that he was a demon, he was sucking out of a young boy, he was about four feet tall.

He squeezes the young boy and slowly sucks him of his blood.

Alvin slides his left leg and unsheathe his sword to his side.

‘ I will make you pay for that, no body kills a child when am here ’, Alvin said to himself as he dashed for the demon.

As the demon sights him, he leaped up into the air, swiftly driving his hand towards Angela direction but it seems that the old man also had a trick under his sleeve.

‘ vroom ’, the old man used his hands to hold up his mouth and kicking him out of his space, ‘ stay away from me ’, he said.

‘ swish ’, Alvin swiftly moves behind him and cuts him open with his sword, ‘ swish ’.

He lands with a drift sending dusts into the air.

‘ you thought you have won against me while you are still lacking behind, I wish I could tell everyone your true Identity and save us sometime for the after world ’.

‘ what are you talking about ’, Alvin asked.

‘ don't forget, you are still like me ’, in a serious tone.

Alvin opens his eyes and kept quiet in shock as he stares at the man.

Blood slowly drips down from his sword, his eyes were widely open even his mouth could not remain closed.

As he was about running away, the old man trust his sword for his chest, causing him to drop down dead to the ground.

Alvin still thought to himself, how he knew his secret.

The man stares at Alvin with a flashing smile and his body slowly vanished into thin air.

Angela rushed up to him.

‘ what happened, what did he say to you, tell me ’.

He remains mute while the Old man stares at him.
