"Harriet!"
Within ten minutes, the door of Harriet's lounge was pushed open.
Irene rushed in angrily, with bruises on her arms which made herself little bit embarrassed.
Harriet just glanced at her from the mirror and continued to read the script.
The neglected Irene lost her temper finally, and took away her script madly,"You poured the hand soap on the ground and directly hurt me?!"
"Miss Whitty, please do not charge others while you do not have any evidence to prove that."Harriet smiled with her indifferent face,"I have no resentment against you, why would I do that? In addition, I have not been to the bathroom."
"You, you just retaliated against me!"Irene pointed at Harriet. No matter what Harriet said, she felt that this was done by her."Only you would do this unethical action!"
Harriet continued to smile. She spoke softly,"I said, I have no resentment against you. You can adjust the monitoring to catch the criminal."
Irene stared at Harriet with hatred.
She couldn't find anything as the bathroom is a blind spot of the surveillance.
"Harriet, don't be so arrogant since there is someone back you."Irene's hand clenched into a fist,"It won't be long before I let Pleasure Media give you up!"
Well, why Irene was so overbearing.
Harriet stood up and patted Irene's shoulders for the dust."Miss Whitty, didn't you also some big boss behind you? How are you going to rip my job?"
In this Philadelphia, she could not think of anyone dare to oppose Wesley.
Irene was disgusted with Harriet's touch. She let go of her hand fiercely and sneered,"Tell you the truth, my cousin is going to marry the boss Wesley! I will let my cousin to do me a favor to destroy you till the time!"
Harriet froze for a second and laughed.
Irene was very annoyed, and said without patience,"What are you laughing at? I don't believe I can do that?"
"Of course I believe it since you are serious."Harriet said,"but if your cousin can marry Wesley, she must from a rich family. Why do you have to..."
"That's because I don't want to rely on my family!"Irene hurriedly retorted, straightening her back,"I want to get a place in the entertainment industry by myself!"
Harriet slipped her lips.
So why would she still relied on a rich man!
Irene's assistant came to her as the film was about to start shooting.
Before leaving, Irene looked back at Harriet again with deep hatred,"Harriet, don't be proud, one day you will act as my maid and do whatever I order!"
Harriet's red lips curled up,"I'm waiting for that day."
"Just wait and see!"
After the door of the restroom was slapped by Irene heavily, Harriet'got more and more depressed with Irene's words echoing in her mind.
It looked like Irene was not lying, so did Wesley really have a fiancee?
Somehow Harriet felt her heart was broken. She touched the abdomen with her hand, thinking that if he got married, their relationship might should be over.
"What about that child? I just lost one of my twins. What about the surviving one?"
Harriet knew Wesley's personality. She was just his lover. Even if the he was going to get married, she couldn't intervene, so she quickly left Irene's words behind her.
Wesley was busy with his work these days, so she didn't need to take care of him. Harriet appropriately reduced the filming time and went to the hospital to accompany Colin for rehabilitation exercises.
During this time, Colin had a good diet, and he was doing regular rehabilitation. His legs could soon land on the ground. When he walked, he wiped his forehead and said that it was fortunately his legs were not lost. Harriet was very excited for him.
She finally had an explanation with mum.
"Harriet, I still want to join the army."After the rehabilitation exercise, Colin chatted with Harriet,"I think this year's registration has been started. What do you mean, Harriet?"
"No, you just woke up, take a good rest for a year!"Harriet refused directly, distressed,"Besides I am rich enough to support you for a lifetime. Why do you have to be a soldier as you would live a hard life."
"Our mum said that man should be trained as a soldier!"Colin grunted and muttered,"And I am a man right now. I should protect you instead of being raised by you for the whole life."
