Nandini's POV:

I had seen Manik smiled tightly towards the parson behind me before I slowly turned towards that parson. I was feeling cold and I knew my face lost all the color it had except the makeup.

"Hello Mr. Singhania, hope u are enjoying." Manik said keeping a hand on my waist , pulling me towards him.

"Yes yes of course." He said looking at the hand Manik placed on my waist.

"Nandini, This is Madhyam Singhania. I took over more then half of his company shares. And Mr. Singhania, She is MY fiancée Nandini Murthy." Manik said putting more pressure on 'my'.

"Who doesn't know her? The beautiful Murthy heiress. U can call me Maddy." He said with a smile that said 'gotcha'.

"I think Mr. Singhania is just fine." I said clearing my dry throats.

"Enke company dubb rahi thi. Bohot paisa edhar udhar huya hain bina ye record kiye ki wo paisa ja kaha raha hain. Then I brought his shares and working on it." Manik said and Maddy gritted his teeth.

"U will make it successful, I know that." I said and pecked his lips and he gave me a full flirty smile.

"What to do Mr. Malhotra? I didn't get any loaded heiress like you." Maddy said bitterly.

"She is the one who is going to take care of her wealth not me. So that don't count." Manik said and I elbowed him lightly. There was no need to tell him that.

"Nice to see u here Singhania but please excuse us , we need to meet others." Manik said politely.

"See u again" Maddy said to Manik but his eyes were on me. Manik tighten his hand on my waist and lead me from there.

After turning to a corner I got out of Manik's hold. I took a drink from a waiter and gulped it down.

"Nandini , slow down." Manik said and I looked at him.

"After knowing everything you are telling me to slow down."

"Yes. I didn't know he would be here." He shrugged and I looked at his face searching for the truth.

"Don't lie. U are not good at covering ur lies when u don't want to." I said rolling my eyes.

"Well it's about time to face him." He said and I gulped another glass.

"I can't describe u the rage I am feeling right now. Let's leave because I don't want to break anything here." I said and walked fast towards the exit. He hold my hand to stop me.

"First tell our parents and the managers, then we will leave. Searching for our friends may took time." He said.

We told her parents that we were leaving my father was very happy with it but eventually he agreed and we left.

We were sitting on a Limo. I was tapping my fingers on my thighs. we didn't talk about anything. Manik was silent too. He pushed a button and a wall created between the driver and us.

"I know u are angry at me." He said lowly.

"Oh wow! Happy realization."

"U can't hide from him for the rest of ur life. U can't live fully if u fear him. I never saw u so happy like I saw u in bora bora. Away from all fear, so I decided to finish this. He won't harm u." He said holding my hands.

"It's not about me. It's about u. He only hurt the people around me whom I love. He is going to hurt u. Didn't u see the cruel smile he gave before he left? I am feeling like we invited our destruction by ourselves." I said in a helpless tone.

"He won't be able to do something. He ruined his own company because he was too busy spying on you. He is a psychopath and we have to stop him for our future." He said wiping my tears.

"I understand but I can't think of anything right now."

"Just ignore him. Live ur life like u do. Just don't think about him but be cautious." He said and I nodded.

"Now The fun part." He said and I looked at him in confusion.

"What fun part?"

"I am going to finish the thing that u started in front of Maddy." He said and before I could understand what he meant, he pulled me on his lap and crushed his lips with mine.

I was shocked for few seconds and didn't respond. I gasped when he bit my lower lip and responded immediately. We were kissing hungrily. His hands roam on my back pulling me more in him. My hands were in his hair and I tugged them harshly.

It was our first kiss after Manik found me. He never did anything intimate just showed me his love. So the craving for each other and passion only intensified.

We were kissing like horny teens when we had to break the kiss for breathing.

"Sir, we are here." The driver said knocking the window.

We made sure we look okay to step out. When we did, there was a big mansion in front of us.

"Where are we? This is not our area too." I said looking here and there.

"It's our house. We are going to live in here from now on and after the wedding."

"OK. But I wanted to go in my house."

"Did u forgot u agreed to move in with me? That's why u are here."

"I did but u didn't said from today only. And what's wrong with ur old house?"

"Nothing. Maddy saw us and now he will definitely find out where u live. This place has the security we need.  So this is why." He said and took me inside of the house.

It was really big with modern furniture and the architecture were amazing.

"Manik?"

"Hmm?"

"U asked me to move in with u bcz u knew if I see Maddy first then I won't agree to move in,  right?" I said and he bit his lip.

"Don't get mad but yes." He said hesitantly.

"I knew it." I said rolling my eyes.

"I planned it all. After exposing u in front of him, I can't let u live alone. U can't stay there and wait for him to show up."

"I understand. But I don't have any clothes here."

"I took care of all that." He said.

Wearing the night gown Manik gave me, I came out of the bathroom.

"Manik."

"Yes?"

"Do we have to share the same room?"

"Of course. It was the only reason if this whole move in." He said dramatically.

"God! Such an actor."

"BTW, u look hot in silk." He said eyeing me as he gave me a purple silk Night gown which was fortunately decent.

"Shut up! I want to sleep." I lay on bed and pulled the comforter over me.

He switched of the lights only a dim light was on. He pulled me towards him and slept holding me from my waist. I smiled and dozed off.

My sleep broke because of my ringing phone. I made it silent so that Manik can sleep peacefully. It was an Unknown Number and I thought it was important.

"Hello?"

"Sugar!"
