We finished eating and the two were already in their room. While, as for Ken, he didn’t eat.
He seems not in the mood. He didn't eat and he went straight to the library or should I say his working room.
I haven't bought a laptop yet. I sighed, there's work again tomorrow, I'm getting lazy with all the work the boss asks us to do.
I knocked on the door where Ken was.
"Come in," he huskily said.
I went in and found that he and the room were in a mess.
He looked in distress, is he okay?
His working table is so messy, even his hair. What’s with him? He doesn’t like messy surroundings.
"Uhmm." I’m just looking at him and he looks damn tired.
He rolled his long sleeve up to his arm and I am now seeing his strong arm. I swallowed hard in that view, why is he so good looking in my eyes? He’s too handsome to be my husband. Huh! I should erase these thoughts.
"Yes, wife?" His deep baritone voice.
Lord, you blessed me with such a handsome husband, you really love me.
I just stared at him, I examined every detail of him. I swallowed when my eyes fell on his chest, the three buttons of his white long sleeve were open. Why does he like to open his three buttons of his polo? I'm tempted by that view. Is he seducing me?
He messed up his hair even more, "eyes up," he coldly said. He caught me again staring his chest. "Love what you are seeing?" He teased me in a serious way. Why is he so serious that what he’s saying shouldn’t be serious? He doesn’t have humor.
I sat primly, he didn't seduce me and I was being seduced by his actions.
He sighed. "Can you make me a cup of coffee?" His eyes are pleading.
I nod. "No sugar but lots of creamer, please." I nod again.
I made him coffee and when I entered, he was typing on the laptop and his working table was in good order. He already bought his laptop so I don't have to buy it for him.
I laid the coffee cup on his table. "Hmm. Ken...'' I called his name but he's too busy to notice me. His forehead is also furrowed and his typing speed.
"Are you stupid?" He sharply asked. Is he pertaining to me? But he’s not looking at me.
He talked and fixed his earpods and I noticed I was not the one he’s talking to, I'm assuming. I sat on the sofa and I heard from my sit how he scolded the other line.
I sniff. "achooo!" I sneezed. I pinch my nose. I got a tissue from his table and we looked at each other but I was the first to evade.
"All the files that I lost..." He looks at me again.
"Tell the fvck of them to work overtime!... " He's a deep voice yet dangerous. "I fvcking needed those files... Tomorrow!" He massages his temple. "I don't need stupid employees," he sharply said.
I keep on sneezing.
I don’t understand what he’s saying.
"Are you okay?" he’s worried, he’s done talking to someone. I said to him,“I’m okay.” I don’t feel well. He lowered the temperature of the AC. "Don't lie to me," he said while glaring at me.
I sneezed.
I don’t understand what’s he is saying in the other line because I keep on sneezing.
“Are you okay?" He’s worried, doesn’t he?
He’s done talking to someone.
I nodded, “I'm just getting cold.”
He turned down the AC and he glared at me. "Don't lie to me," he said while glaring at me.
I sneezed again.
Kier walked near me holding the coffee I made and I didn’t expect when he looks my temperature using his palm, "you're not allowed to drink again," he pinch my nose but I sneeze in front of him.
"Do you want to drink my coffee? Hmm."
“I don’t like coffee” I said to him, "aachooooo!!" I got another tissue, "they called me." I started. “Grad Lo wants us to attend a social gathering,” that’s all I want to say that’s why I am here.
"Birthday?" He asked.
“They didn’t mention anything, maybe they just want to prepare” He nodded at me and the way he looked at me is like penetrating my bones.
"Do you want to go?" He asked me and leaned on the coach.
“It’s up to you.”
"I'll depend on you. I know you don't like social gatherings.'' One time we attended party and our ways got separate because most of the guest are businessmen and businesswomen and when I got bored, I decided to sleep in his cousin house in other side I didn’t know that he’s searching for me in the party wherein I am already sleeping peacefully.
There's no interaction between us, we're just talking if we have important things we need to discuss. I don’t like social gatherings, I’d rather stay at home. Yes, I am an introvert, I feel dizzy when the crowd is getting heavy and knowing Grand Lo, he’s inviting everyone.
“Can you go alone? Tell them I’m not feeling well,” which is true.
"If I go there alone, Grand Lo will be mad at me. You know him, how much he loves to reunite everyone."
I sneezed a hundred times. He taps my forehead again.
"You're not feeling well." He stated as a matter of fact.
“My head is aching” I complained.
"If you didn't drink that won't happen to you." He bitterly said and lifted me like a newly wedded. He can’t move on from what happened yesterday and he keeps on talking about it.
"Are you still mad?” I asked and look at his face. He didn’t answer and kept his focus. He brought me again to his room,“this is not my room..” Ken, laid me down. "Stay still," he said when I’m about to go up.
“I’m not feeling well.” I want to cry; my body is heavy, “my tummy hurts too,” he gets his phone and checks on something and his eyebrow furrows.
"That's Dysmenorrhea,” he said as a matter of fact.
“Ken, my body is getting heavy, I’m not feeling well, I can’t my body too.”
I don’t understand what I am feeling. My body is so heavy.
"You have stains," he's penetrating something; I couldn't open my eyes.
"You need to change," he carry me again. "Can you move, you need to change," he’s serious again.
I tried to open my eyes but I can’t, I’m weak and it feels like someone punches me until I can’t stand up.
"I want strawberry jam but my body is aching." I complained but he chuckled.
"I'll buy you one later but you need to change." He softly said.
Even though I feel weak I force myself to move. He gave me a napkin and where did he get these? And he knew the brand that I am using. I'm too weak to ask about those things.
"You're having your fever." He said when I lay again on the bed.
."H-how did you k-know that I'm having my period?" I asked. He knows it better than me . He averted his eyes. "I installed a period tracker." I saw that his neck turn red. How did he know there was? I never remember that he saw me having a period because we only talk once in a blue moon. Although I was curious, I never asked because my body was already in pain.
"Can you massage my body? it really hurts." I cried because the pain was really so hurts and I feel so bad, "Wife, I can't massage you," he softly said, "your pores in your body are open," he wiped my tears softly.
He looks like a angry monster awhile ago. Now he's very soft on Ken. He's bipolar.
"It really hurts," I cried. Here is the feeling again as if I had been beaten.
He sighed. "Okay, I'll do it softly" He abided.
He massaged me and I ordered him to massage me but he just contradicted me. He showed me proof that he couldn't, that's why he had been fiddling with his cellphone earlier because he was searching. " I want sweets."
"You can't eat sweets, it'll increase bloating."
Okay, he's smart and knows a lot, “and caffeine too." He added.

Kier woke up with a headache.
"Damn!"
