“Did you see or meet my wife today? I can't not contact her, her phone is cannot be reach” Kier eyebrow furrowed
“I haven’t seen her,” Nathan replied and he looked at his cell phone screen, he noticed he had been on his phone. He smirked, he’s demon friend found his match and he’s in love.
“Why don’t you track her?” Nathan suggested that he hold Kier's phone so he can drive smoothly. He tried to call her again but she’s not answering.
“Bruh! Maybe she’s sleeping right now and she turned off her phone?” Nathan
“I’m feeling something's not right” he said, he’s been bothered and he can’t focus on the meeting a while ago.
Kier steps on the gas deeper, he's in a hurry.
“Wait, slow down” Nathan said, he saw a man in the road and Kier slowed down. They are near the village.
Kier eyebrow furrowed when he saw a familiar man and he open his car window
“Mr. Salztman?” The man got familiaz him and Kier nodded at him as an answer to open the window and talk to the man.
Nathan opens the car window “Does your car break down?" He asked.
“Uhh, yeah," he messes his hair. "I had been here for almost half an hour and you guys are the one who passed here for almost half an hour. I'm with someone but she left me" He touched his neck. He seemed in a dilemma- no he had been thinking about the woman he is with. “Can you help me?” he asked.
Kier can't stand in his position at this moment, he feels that something is not right. “Nate, do you know how to track?” Kier asked his friend. He knows this man. He saw him in the meeting with his wife.
“Nope bro, asked Bryden” he suggested.
Kier didn't mind Nathan's suggestion and ask the man. "The woman you're with in the meeting. Do you know where she is?" He can't help thinking and he is worried.
The man thinks "I am with Shiley… Do you mean to the woman I'm with in the meaning? The shy type woman?" Kier nodded at him "I'm with her but she walked and left me here. She thought I'm going to do something to her… wait, are you two related?"
Kier started the engine and hurriedly left the man. He will believe and follow his intuition right now. It seems something is not right.

“Oh shit! That's Shielyn, ah” they are too fast to get out of the car and he shot the two men in the shoulder. The two men didn't bother to fight with him and they ran as fast as they could. Nathan, chase them.
Kier helds his wife's arm but she screams and struggles on him. She's scared to death.
“Don't touch me!” she shouted and tried to get out of his hold. She's closing her eyes hard..
"Hey, it's me…" He cupped her cheeks "I'm here" he murmured.
Shielyn slowly opened her eyes and that's how tears started to run down to her cheeks. She immediately hugs her husband.
"I'm s-scared…" She cried and hugged him tightly.
"Shh. I'm here…" his deep baritone voice. He is caressing her hair. His voice is so deep and soothing in her ears.
His warm hug gave her hope. She's safe now.
"D-don't cry… hush, now, baby…" he said. She just cried even more.
"I was r-really scared…" she told him.
They are in the middle of the road, under the moon. Where everyone is asleep at this hour.
Her heart is at ease now.
"I know… hush now, baby"
"Shit!" She heard Nathan's voice. "Are you, okay, Selena?" He is here?
She releases her hugs to her husband and she looks at Nathan. She's much safer now.
She hugs him to make him still. She cries on his shoulder but Nathan's hand is in the air.
"Let's go.." Kier pulled her from him and his voice became cold.
Nathan drove the car and Kier and her were in the back seat.
"We'll talk." Kier whispered to her. They are silent on the whole ride and no one's dare to talk and they are near the village.
When they got home, Nathan bid his goodbye and stormed the place using his car.
Kier guided her to the house and treated her wounds.
"Ouch!" She flinched. He blows her wounds.
"Why are you with that stick man?" His eye brow is still furrowed.
He is done treating her wounds. "He i-invited me to dinner," she almost whispers.
This day was a long day. He knows.
"And you accepted his invitation?" He raises his eyebrow on him.
She shyly nodded her head.
"God!" He hissed. "When are you going to listen to me? You're such a hard headed woman" he massaged his temple "and why did you come with him?!" He's suppressing his anger.
She flinched.
"Are you mad?... I'm so-sorry" she cried again
Seeing those tears again, Kier suppressed his anger and he felt weak. It pains him.
He carefully wiped those tears. "I'm not mad, okay." He explains. "I was damn worried… please, please, tell me where you are and who you are with." He's still worried. "It makes me go crazy when I can't contact you."
"You're mad."
Kier sighed and pulled her on him. He hugs her and kisses her temple "Please, don't do that again. If something bad happens to you… that will be the death of me" he hardly says.
"But y-you're mad…" she repeated.
"Do you want me to get mad?" He looks at her.
She immediately shakes her head.
He taps her head. "I don't want to get mad at you, either. I'm sure you won't like it" he whispers in his last sentence.
Kier places the things that he used to treat her wounds on the table.
He caresses her hair.
"But you are … mad" she repeated
"Why are you with that man?." His face is serious, his voice is calm and soothing.
"He invited me for dinner. And…"
Kier raised his eyebrow when she didn't continue her sentence.
"And… I'm too shy to decline." This is true. "Then his car stops and we're both lowbat. His car is low quality. I think that's second hand." She's judging the car because of it, she almost died. "I thought he was faking it… And do something to me, that's why I ran away and left him in that place…" she bit her lower lip and Kier attentively listened to her. "And besides the village is just near so, I can manage to walk it." She reasoned out.
Kier signed for the ninth on this night.
"You're thinking too much. Why did you let him give you a ride when you doubted him." He's asking as if he's a policeman, well, he is, but he's using it on his wife.
"He forced me…" which is not true.
Kier eyebrow furrowed again.
"I mean… he told me that I can't have a cab for that kind of hours so I did." She's shy and embarrassed telling him these things, she just made wrong thoughts and mistakes.
"You're shy, huh," Kier commented.
Kier pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead. "Next time don't go with any man except me." He obsessively said.
