Chapter 33 Thirty three
"Oh, I came to meet up with someone in the hospital. Definitely did not expect that I'll find you here with two little kids. When did you have them? The news didn't take that."
"They are my kids. Whether I want them secret or public is my choice. If you will excuse me." Liam said, his jaw clenched tightly.
"Liam, who knows about these kids?" Ryder asked and Liam scoffed.
"My family and their mother's family. We are many enough,.don't you think?" He asked as he walked out of Ryder, leaving him in the hospital.
Ryder pursed his lips for a moment, wondering who the mother of the kids were.

"I think we have to get another goods. It is just few weeks left for the Fashion show. I can't imagine having to rush through those stress." Alexandra said as she opened her file, checking through them.
"We can get the materials from another shipping company. I'll contact them tonight." Doreen replied.
"Thank you, Doreen. You've been such a great help, what would I do without you?" Alexandra looked at her gratefully.
"It's my job, boss." Doreen smiled.
"You've done a lot more." Alexandra shook her head as she closed the files, "Okay then, we don't have much time. Look for the nearest shipping and most quality materials to bring. We have only a week for that and also, I'll try to settle things with Mr Johnny and the container." Alexandra said and Doreen nodded as she walked out.
"Goodnight ma." Doreen said.
Alexandra drove home directly and at the same time, she saw Liam drive into the compound. She waited for him outside while Jade and Jace came down from the car.
"I'm really sorry for discomforting you, Mr Jordans. Thank you for staying with the kids." Alexa said as she took Jade in her arms, while she held Jace's hand.
"They are also my kids. It's my job to take care of them. Can't you stop thanking me, Alexa?" Liam asked, displeasure setting in on his face.
Alexandra just stared at him, "Goodnight, Mr Jordans." She muttered as she walked into the house and Liam sighed, before following her in.
"What are you doing?" Alexandra asked when she saw him at the door.
"I know it's not in my place to ask this but-"
"Then don't ask." She interrupted as she tried to close the door, but Liam held it open.
"Can you tell me what's going on with your company?" He asked.
"Why would I tell my rival things that go on in my company?" Alexa raised her brows.
"I can help you with whatever you need, Alexa. If you'll just tell-"
"I can't tell you anything, Liam. I don't need your help with anything. I can solve my problems myself." She replied.
"Alexa, just... just give me a chance to fix my wrongs, please."
"I don't need you to fix anything. Frankly I don't need you in my life. Goodnight, Mr Jordans." She said as she closed the door on him and Liam sighed, resting his head on her door. His phone vibrated in his pocket and he removed.it, picking the call.
"Mom," He called out as he walked down the balcony and into his car.
"Where are you son? I'm at your house." Antonia's voice rang out through the phone and Liam had to remove the phone from.his ear cos it was almost deafening.
"What is wrong?" he asked and Antonia chuckled.
"Nothing much, just that your ex girlfriend is here and she is screaming to be let inside. I'm tired of hearing her voice." Antonia shot and Liam sighed as he ended.the call,.before swerving out of the compound.
Alexandra sighed as she stared at him from the window and she turned back to look at the kids. Jace was almost asleep but Jade was staring at her right back in the eyes.
"Why are you staring, Jade?" Alexa asked.
"I thought we were in a staring competition mom. Besides, why are you staring at dad's car?" She said, her little legs jumping from the bed and going to the glass window.
"He left already." She muttered as she looked at Alexa and Alexa picked up in her hands and took her back to the bed.
"I have work, so you have to sleep early. You are feeling too well."
"I've been treated at the hospital. I'm very strong now." Jade said firmly and Alexa smiled, patting her hair.
"You still have to sleep. There's school tomorrow and you have to go early. Mom has work, so she'll be leaving the room now." Alexa said as she kissed Jade's forehead,
"Goodnight, darling."
"Mom, did something happen at the company? I can help with that." Jade said and Alexa smiled.
"What do you know about company things?" Alexa asked.
"I'm smarter than you think and you know we even have a promise. I'm planning to go for a degree in fashion and modelling." Jade said
"Really? You want to go in my line?" Alexa asked, her eyes lighting up.
"It's also dad's line." Jade said
"Are you going because of me or because of Liam?" Alexa asked, a frown appearing on her face.
"I'm not going because of any of you, it's because I like it. Why do I have to follow your footsteps?" She rolled her eyes, folding her little arms.
"That's good enough." Alexa said and Jade jumped down from the bed.
"Jace, wake up. We have work to do for mommy." She screamed and Jace, being the light sleeper woke up almost immediately, a yawn escaping his lips. Alexa closed her eyes frustratingly.
"You can sleep back darling." Alexa tried to pat him back to sleep but Jade appeared.
"Don't listen to mom. If we can help her solve this problem, she's going to pay us. We can start getting rich at a young age." She said and Jace looked at her, before looking at Alexa.
"What re you waiting for?" She asked and Jace jumped down from the bed,. rushing towards Jade. They both left the room and Alexa had no choice than to follow them.
