Chapter 61: Don't Call the Police
This made her very annoyed.
However, due to her upbringing, she was not allowed to use vulgar language. "Bitch" almost came out of her mouth, but she held back and instead exclaimed in extreme anger, "Sophia is becoming more and more unruly. If I don't teach her a lesson, I will be unworthy of the title Mrs. Household."
"Raymond, what's going on between you and Sophia?" At this moment, Leonardo, sitting on the sofa, walked over with a furrowed brow and asked, "How did she knock you out, and why did she move out of The Golden Palms again?"
"Dad, Mom, this is between Sophia and me. You don't have to worry about it." Raymond frowned and pressed his slightly swollen head with his hand.
"Sophia beat you like this. It's such a serious matter, and you want us not to interfere?" Fiona became even more annoyed when she saw her son defending Sophia.
"It's not Sophia's fault. It's my problem." Raymond pressed his head, his brow furrowed tightly.
He never expected that Freya would become so daring and dare to use drugs against him in The Golden Palms.
"What exactly happened?" Leonardo looked at him and asked persistently.
"I said this is between Sophia and me, and you don't need to intervene." Raymond also became somewhat angry, his gaze chilling as he looked at his parents. "Don't give Sophia a hard time. I will handle the situation."
"Raymond."
Fiona wanted to say something, but was stopped by Leonardo.
"Then rest. We'll take Nicholas back home. When you have resolved your issues with Sophia, you can bring Nicholas back to The Golden Palms." Holding onto Fiona, Leonardo said in a deep voice.
Raymond nodded. "Thank you, Dad."
Fiona was extremely frustrated, but seeing Raymond's unwillingness, she could only swallow her anger. After giving Raymond a few instructions, she left with Leonardo.
"Boss."
As soon as Leonardo and Fiona left, Raymond called Nelson into the hospital room.
"Where is Freya?" Raymond asked in a low voice, leaning against the head of the bed with his eyes closed.
Nelson kept his head down, afraid to look at Raymond's gloomy face. He immediately answered respectfully, "When I brought you to the hospital, I had someone send her away."
Raymond still kept his eyes closed. His chilling voice seemed to come from hell, "Tonight, arrange a few thugs to take good care of her for me."
Nelson felt a chill in his heart. He naturally understood Raymond's meaning and immediately nodded. "Yes, boss."
Freya had provoked and harmed Sophia multiple times. She had long deserved to die.
The only reason Raymond still kept her around was because she was Nicholas's mother.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have had the chance to live until today.
Late at night, at one in the morning.
The villa where Harper and Freya lived was quiet. Everyone had already entered their dreams, and no one had noticed that a few strong thugs had climbed into the villa. They climbed up the balcony and made their way to Freya's bedroom.
"Raymond, Raymond."
On the large bed in the center of the bedroom, Freya had a smile on her face as she remained in a dream.
During the day at The Golden Palms, she daringly drugged Raymond, and the plan had succeeded immediately, but it had benefited that wretched Sophia.
She was frustrated to the point of feeling like she was vomiting blood.
In her dream at this moment, she was once again entangled with Raymond. The satisfaction she felt was something she had never experienced before.
A few thugs, wearing masks, reached the bed. They turned on the bedside lamp and looked at the sleeping Freya. They smirked in a vulgar manner, and the next second, they immediately pounced. Some covered Freya's mouth, while others restrained her limbs.
Freya woke up, looking at the thugs wearing masks in front of her. She struggled and screamed desperately, but she couldn't move, and not even a sound could escape her lips. She could only widen her eyes as if her eyeballs were about to burst out at any moment.
They stripped Freya bare, tied her hands to the head of the bed, and placed duct tape over her mouth. The leader of the thugs climbed on top of her while unbuttoning his pants, slapping Freya's face as he did so.
"Don't be afraid. We're here to comfort you. We don't want your life."
Saying that, the thug leader leaned down towards Freya.
In the morning, Harper noticed that Freya had yet to come downstairs for breakfast, so she sent the nanny to check on her.
The nanny rapped persistently on the door yet received no answer. With growing concern, she gently nudged Freya's bedroom door ajar.
Peering inside, the nanny's eyes widened in shock.
"Ah!" Her screams cascaded through the house.
Downstairs, the sound of her terror-stricken cries reached Harper, who perceived them to be as if the nanny had encountered a specter. Without hesitation, Harper bolted up the stairs.
"Why are you screaming like you've seen a ghost? What's the matter?"
When Harper rushed to Freya's room, she hadn't finished scolding the nanny when she caught a glimpse of what was happening on the bedroom bed. She was so scared that her whole body trembled, and she instantly became dumbfounded.
At that moment, Freya lay naked on the bed, not covered by the blanket, and what was most frightening was that she didn't move, as if she were dead.
"Freya, Freya."
Harper's knees buckled in fear, and she knelt on the ground. After realizing what was happening, she struggled to get back up and rushed into the room.
"Freya, wake up, Freya."
She rushed to the front of the bed. Harper slapped Freya's face while anxiously calling out.
Finally, Freya, who had passed out, slowly opened her eyes and woke up, looking at Harper.
"Mom."
Her voice sounded hoarse, like a duck.
"Freya, I'm calling the police right away," Harper said, trembling as she reached for her phone.
"No." Freya quickly shook her head, stopping Harper. "Mom, don't call the police. If you do, Raymond will never marry me."
Yes!
Harper froze in her actions.
If she called the police, it would become a big deal, and Raymond would never marry Freya once he found out she had been raped.
"Mom, take me to the hospital, hurry."
"Yes, I'll take you to the hospital." Harper nodded, trembling, and shouted at the nanny outside the door, "Call an ambulance quickly."
The nanny nodded and hurriedly ran downstairs.
