Chapter 3: Part 3 (Cold Boss)

Amaira’s POV

I rushed to Washroom. I saw myself in the mirror and fixed myself. Thank god I didn’t go like this in front of MD.

I put little Makeup and Comb My hair. Yes, I have these things in my Bag. I went out of the washroom and again went to the Reception area.

“I’m Sorry to disturb you again but can I know where MD’s Office is?” I ask giving a weak smile.

That Receptionist rolled her eyes from top to bottom.

“I’m Hired as MD’s PA,” I said to clear her confusion

She just smiled and gave me the Direction to MD’s Cabin.

“By the way hey I’m Amaira,” I said forwarding my hand with a smile.

“I’m Lancy” She accepted the handshake and smiled

“So let’s meet in a Lunch break?” I ask and she nodded her head.

I start walking towards the elevator and stand outside of it to wait for it. As a New PA, I can use MD’s Private elevator.

I notice some gaze on me. I know people who are waiting for their Public elevator are Murmuring about me. I have gone through this even in 7 years.

The elevator came and I went inside. I press the 48th Floor and waited for it to go upside. I saw myself in the Mirror of the Elevator. I officially look Like PA. I wore Black Crease Pants and Light-colored Solid Top. 

Ting

The elevator opened up and I went outside it. I saw it was the Silent area. I can listen to my Heartbeat, It is running like a horse. I start walking and Saw Only Two Cabins on the Whole Floor.

I Saw on My Right the cabin has a Plate “Personal Assistant” and on the Left, The Cabin has a Plate “Managing Director”. So My Cabin is exactly in front of MD.

I was kind of scared but calm myself and knock. No Response so I knock Twice…Goes on to Thrice but No response.

Does MD is not in Cabin? But Wait I heard something, I heard “Motherfucking Bastards” from inside.

My heartbeat rose to an extreme level because that Bad word that came from MD’s Mouth was in an angry tone meant he is angry right now. How Will treats me then. ‘No Amaira Calm down, Take a Deep breath’ I said to Myself and Knock again.

This time I heard ‘Come In’ and I went inside. The Cabin has a different ruthless kind of Aura and The Person who is sitting in front of me in his swivel chair. His back was facing me but I can say this person had a Strong Aura like a dangerous one. Hope I didn’t do anything wrong taking this job.

“Who are you?” He asks coldly without turning back

“Sir I’m Your New PA” I answered sweetly

“You are fucking late” He shouted while turning and throwing the File at me. 

All the Paper from the File flew in the air and fell. I didn’t see his face as I bend down and start collecting paper. He was indeed scary, I know I’m late but why he is shouting without knowing the reason?

I don’t know but Unknowingly Tears fall from my eyes. I collected them, Stand up and Put the file on the table. I didn’t raise my head because of my tears. I don’t want to show him my weakness.

“Sir I know I’m late but it was because of Traffic,” I said and somewhere my voice broke because of my tears.

“Look Up” He dangerously said but I didn’t raise my head

“I said look up” He shouted and I raised it but my eyes are closed because of a scare.

“Sir I’m very sorry” I again said without opening my eyes.

“Open Your Eyes” He dangerously said so I did it.

Suddenly I feel all my wounds fresh again, all the rage and anger of all these years suddenly came into my heart seeing him in front of me.

He is My boss? Adhvedh is my boss. I harshly wipe my tears and before he could say something I went out of his office. I start walking towards the HR Department.

I want to resign from my job now. I’ll Leave India again.

“What you are thinking? Leaving me again? But you can’t my doll” I said hearing his voice behind me

I didn’t turn and heard footsteps coming near me, I can feel his hot breath near my neck and my heart started pounding again. 

“Still have my effect,” He said and I can sense the mixture of Sarcasm and Tease in his tone.

Before Turning I took two steps forward and Turn to maintain the distance.

“I’m going to resign today,” I said seeing straight into his eyes. 

His eyes are still so sparkling, My heart skips a beat.

“You cannot,” He said with a sinister smile

“And why do you think I cannot?” I ask raising eyebrows and showing some anger

“Remember what was written in the contract?” He asks

‘Shit’ I remember. If I resign before Two years then I have to pay him 5 Million 

(50 Lakh) as a Penalty.

“Exactly,” he said like he read what was going on in my mind.

I gave him a confused look. “I guess from your expressions” he explained himself

“Now come to my cabin,” He said and start walking.

God, I told you not to cross my path with him but you decide to make him my boss.

‘Don’t worry Amaira you can do it. You are just an Employee so maintain that relationship, nothing personal, and never let him find out about Adhira ever’ I said to my heart and Start walking towards his office. I knock and went inside.

I didn’t utter a word and felt his gaze on me. “Sir” I just take him back to earth. I know this Jerk and his perverted thoughts.

Everyone was right 10 years ago that he is a Playboy.

“Take these files and make a presentation. Everything was in your cabin” He said indicating some files.

I took them and start walking but before I could leave the cabin.

“I want Espresso every day at 9. 30 Am sharp,” he said coldly. I didn’t turn back but nodded yes and left the office.

I went inside my office and saw. It was a beautiful cabin. I sat on the chair in relaxation for five minutes.

‘God, Where did you trap me? And Why?’ I ask seeing the upside.

‘Now Amaira Start working’ I said to myself and start the Laptop.

I felt someone’s gaze on me but when I look up no one was there. Probably Illusion.

Adhvedh’s POV

When I came to the office, all the files were messed up, I didn’t get my espresso on the time. I call at Reception Area to know when My New PA will join it’s already 9. 10 Am.

She said that My New PA didn’t come yet. What the heck First day in the office and that was too late.

I sat and start checking the file. This PA whoever she/he is. Today that person is going to listen so much from me. I saw the Time and it's 9. 30.

After 5 Minutes I heard a Knock, I thought it was My PA but It was Mrs. Desuza who bring My Espresso.

“Thank You Mrs. Desuza, Where Is My PA?” I ask

“I saw her when she was heading towards the HR department,” Mrs. Desuza said and with a smile, she left the cabin.

So it’s a Girl. I hope she is not a Whore like My previous PA who is trying to seduce me.

 I saw my watch and it was already 9. 45 Am.

Why the hell she is late?
