Jeon's Pov:
The entire dinner was a disaster, Ye-Jun was trying to get close to me and everyone was looking at us very oddly which made me so uncomfortable being there. I excused myself from there as soon as I finished the food on my plate and bolted from there like my ass was on fire. I can't handle her anymore, she just didn't take any hint that I don't want to talk or was interested in her.
Girls were always after me because I am a famous Korean and international singer who has so much money. They were never interested in me because of me but they were interested in getting fame by me and want to spend my money.
At first, I became a fool trusting girls who were interested in me but as time moved on I started realizing that they were never after me and I started making myself stay clear of them.
Idols life is very hard, whatever we do will always be broadcast on the internet and that's why I always wanted to stay clear.
The main reason I left Enya that day without saying goodbye is that someone has taken pictures and I don't want those pictures to circulate in the media. I had no choice but to leave from there silently.
My manager gave me my phone saying that I had a notification on my phone.
" Jeon! You have a request from someone on Facebook. It has been two months since it's been sitting in the notifications and I didn't log into your account for a long time." He handed me my phone with a smirk on his face. He is not only my manager but also my friend.
" What is with that smirk, man!" I was amused by his knowing look and smirk.
" You will see."
" Okay, then! What do we have here?....." My words got stuck in my throat seeing the notification. Ugh, I feel like a big jerk again for not checking my social media accounts. I was so busy with all the things that I forgot about social media.
" Umm, Thanks, man!" I thanked him before getting into the car and going to my Apartment.
" It's nothing."
I opened her page and she has all her pictures with her friends and the pictures from her events and her single pictures. I saved all her single pictures in my gallery before zooming out one by one and checking her beautiful and serene face.
There was a genuine smile playing on my lips, seeing her pictures and recalling how we met and the last day which was so magical. I can't get enough of her, I bite my lip trying to hold my desire for her just by seeing her pictures.
I accepted the friend request and sent a Hi! I don't know how to start a conversation with her after behaving like a douchebag.
I hope she will reply to me and I want to connect with her again and want to see how this goes. She is worth taking any risk and I need to take anything if I want her.
There was a smile playing on my lips the entire ride and I can't seem to stop smiling even when I went to bed. I slept so peacefully after such a long time. The last time I slept peacefully was the night I and Enya made love, we were in each other's arms holding tight on to each other. I felt so safe and secure in her arms.
I woke up to the sounds of banging on my door, I got up from the bed groaning. Someone has a death wish waking me up from the middle of a beautiful dream.
"Who is it?" I yelled while wearing my robe, still in half-sleep.
" It's me, Jeon." My manager yelled from the outside and I could hear nervousness and panic in his voice.
" Give me a minute, please!"
" Okay, I will be waiting in your office, please be quick." He called out before going to my home office which is across from my bedroom.
What is it that has him so nervous all of a sudden, did something happen to anyone?
I opened my door and took steps towards my office asking the maid to send two coffees in.
"Good morning!" I greeted him with a smile but I didn't receive one from him.
" It's not a good morning, Jeon." He said getting up from the couch, clutching his phone so hard comes towards me, and turning his screen towards me.
" What the……" my eyes were wide and I gulped seeing the pictures on the screen.
" How? What?....." I stuttered, not able to form any sentences.
" This picture was taken from the outside of the Ad agency and all the others are from the restaurant." He explained.
" What are the pictures in the tabloids?" I was confused by the pictures.
" You are not seeing them properly Jeon, the pictures are indicating that you and Miss Ye-Jun are dating." I can see those pictures clearly now and anyone can tell from the pictures that we were being cozy from the angles the pictures were taken. How can anyone do that and why?
" So, what are we going to do about it?" I asked about losing all the peacefulness from the last night.
" Oh My God! Did our news air in other countries too?" I asked horror written on my face and my heart started thumping loudly.
" Yes, it airs, why?" He was confused by my Expressions but he catcher it in a second why I am panicking.
" Don't worry Jeon, I will look into this and make sure to clear your name from this mess." He said with determination.
" The damage has already been done and I don't think that she will ever see me again." I slumped on the couch, holding my head. Tears pooled in my eyes at the thought of Enya seeing these pictures and thinking that I have moved on from her. People say men don't cry but it's bullshit, men cry too and there is nothing in crying. We are human beings too and we have emotions too.
" Take care of yourself and leave everything on me." He assured me before leaving the office. I was still slumped on the couch with a heavy heart and tears streaming down my face.
Many will think it is not a big deal but for me, it is a big deal. This mess will affect my work and most importantly the relationship I wanted to have with Enya.
Once this mess clears up I will approach Enya and ask her for her forgiveness and will take her on a proper date and will make a lot of love to her. With this determination, I stood up from the couch and went to my room to get ready. I will directly go to the news center which uploaded this.
I am going to ruin the person who is behind this mess.
