"What do you mean you can't?" Logan asked somewhat scared.
"She landed a deadly hit on me" Ian replied.
"It seems I am disabled for a while" he continued, his breaths becoming slower and he drew strength to heave every one.
"You have to meet Lord Henry" Logan said.
"If I faint, do not bring him before me" Ian ordered.
"But.." Logan was about to cut through his statement.
"But nothing.." Ian deadpanned seriously.
"This is an order Logan" he said.
"I am your Alpha" he deadpanned.
"Did you not say that she is boiling?" He asked when Logan did not budge.
"Get her treated" he said and Logan turned away from the room to act on Ian's order.
Once Logan was out of his sight, Ian grunted, trying desperately to push his wolf side back in but it wouldn't budge like he had been rendered immobile.
His head that was bleeding started to pound and his temperature rose abnormally, he grunted loudly but his voice was not heard, the drops of water on his skin had become like boiling water.
He started seeing double.
He tried to stand, to get to the door but he could only get to his feet, he couldn't move any further.
"This mate.." His words stopped momentarily as he slowly fell to the ground.
".. she.. will be.. the end of.. me" his body landed on the hard floors.
"If.. I don't stop her" his eyes closed slowly as he went unconscious.

The maids prepared a cold water bathe for Diane, washing her unconscious body in the cold water till they could notice a slight change in her temperature.
"If we keep her in the water for some long, she could being danger" The head maid amongst them said.
"Alia, go tell the beta that she is not improving and her body remains the same, if she does not get help soon she'll die" The assistant head maid said to the youngest of them who ran quickly to do their bidding.
"Poor child" The head maid said as she ran her fingers on the tip of Diane's hair, the mark on Diane's neck chimed at first but slowly disappeared before the maids could see it.
"But who is she?" Heather, a common maid asked.
"Does it matter? We have been asked by the heads to tend to her and that we shall do" Leah, the head maid said shunning the rest of the maids and ending their gossip.
"The beta ordered that no words of this female living in the Alpha's villa gets out and so shall it be, if not our heads might not remain, resting on our necks" Leah said and they all nodded in agreement, they knew that the beta moved in compliance with the words the Alpha, if he had tasked them with the job of taking care of the woman then she must be of great importance to the Alpha. But what exactly was that importance? The Alpha never cared about anyone except his mother, he killed ruthlessly anyone who went up against him, what right did that have to change now? Who was this woman?.

"She's not improving my Lord" Alia said when she got close to the Beta, she had searched for him for quite a while, but found him underneath a tree in the brightness of the day thinking.
Her pale and rough looking skin shimmered in the sunlight for a second.
"The water has done so little, it cannot be considered as something moreover it has gone extremely warm, if she stays them for a while longer, no if she does not get help soon, she could die" Alia said in a breath.
"What should we do?" Alia asked once she was done.
"Did you all notice anything unusual while bathing her?" He asked unsure of if they had seen the mark.
"To be precise a little something on her neck" he said.
"No my Lord, there was nothing as such" Alia said trying hard to remember if she saw anything.
'So it is true' he said to himself.
Once a bearer access gods magic for the first time, they open the gate to all source of powers, even the ability to conceal the mark.
"Dress her properly and have someone redress her wounds, then lay her on her bed and turn on all source of cold, get a fridge if you have to" he ordered.
"And the physician?" Alla questioned fearlessly.
"Stay there and wait till I come, then you will know what needs to be done" he replied.

Logan thought hard on what to do before he decided to go to Ian. On gettting to Ian's room he found him on the cold ground unconscious, weak and with an extremely slow breath.
He was confused but he knew the last thing Ian wanted was his grandfather finding out that he had been beaten up or better still finding out that the mark had been discovered in their generation.
If they did Ian's revenge would be useless because she would be given her due rights for fear more than for will, her parents had already done a great job concealing her existence they just needed to do more.
He rushed to Ian who had a foul expression on his face, like he was in extreme pain. Logan hands went to his head, dissolving in his blood. He was badly injured.
Logan brought him up to the bed and rushed to get the first Aid kit, he knew a bit of health care.
He started by cleaning up the wounds.
"Was it this bad?" He asked as Ian tilted his head sideways in his subconsciousness.
Logan chuckled a little in the direness of the situation.
"Never in my life did I ever imagine that I would be tending to your wounds my Lord" he said as he wrapped Ian's head with a bandage.
"I can say now that I have truly served beside you" Logan smiled.
".. But was she really this powerful?" Logan asked not really expecting an answer.
Ian's class, fangs and canines slowly drew themselves back in as his temperature deceased.

"What did he say?" Leah asked
"He said we should have her dressed up and steadied on the bed while we wait his return" Alia replied Leah who had brought her outside the room to enquire about the Beta's decision.
"But if nothing is done now she will die" Leah said.
"I believe we should not go against the words of the authority" Alia said and Leah nodded.
"Go and relay the words of the Beta to the others" Leah commanded and Alia complied.
"Please save her" Leah prayed to the moon goddess before returning to the room.
The maids dressed her up and laid her body to rest on the bed while they waited for the beta.
Diane expression changed slightly, turning fouler with the passing of seconds, she twisted her head sides to sides ferociously pulling the attention of the maids to herself, the rushed to her bed in an attempt to calm her down. Her temperature skyrocketed making the maids fear.
"Heather, Alia and Samantha, you three rushed to the beta he needs to know the intensity of the situation" Leah commanded but before the three maids could take a step, Diane body jolted up and awake, she was panting heavily with sweat trickling down her forehead and tears in her eyes.
