Eliza Needs To Chill
Eliza sat on Julia's couch the heavy smell of perfume clung to all the furniture. It hung in the air too, giving Eliza a headache. Julia seemed nice enough until you truly knew what she did, who she was. She was basically an accomplice to her mother’s kidnappings, all the deaths that had come at the hands of Vivian. Eliza didn't see how she could even sleep at night. Just thinking of everything Julia had just sat by and let happen made her sick to her stomach.

“Here you go sweetheart. I made you tea,” Julia hobbled in setting a glass of tea before Eliza. She didn't touch it, not trusting Julia. The apple didn't fall far from the tree after all.

“I know you don't know me but I know you,” Eliza started her hand resting on her firearm, “but I need you to do us both a favor and do exactly what I tell you.”

“And what exactly would that be Eliza?” Julia's eyes narrowed.
Eliza froze not expecting that. She'd come here thinking Julia didn't even know her. Apparently she wasn't completely clueless about her mother's innocent victims. This proved it. She gritted her teeth, biting back her anger. She took a couple deep breaths steadying her emotions.

“You're going to get me into the mansion or you won't live to see another day,” Eliza's voice was cold as ice, her brown eyes filled with pure hate.

“Oh so now we're threatening innocent old ladies in their own homes,” Julia grabbed the cup and took it back to her kitchen.

“You're far from innocent,” Eliza hissed. She couldn't keep wasting time like this.

“That's not how the police would see it,” Julia stated. She wanted to see just how serious he'd been about that threat. She couldn't just take her to the mansion after all. It would anger her mother.

Eliza stood up pointing the gun right at Julia's head. “Everyone already thinks I'm crazy so I think I'll take the insanity plea,” She shrugged. She didn't have time for this and she definitely wasn’t joking.

Julia froze, her face growing pale, “Y’know what, I think I'll take you to the mansion and we can forget about all this.” Something told her that Eliza was being serious.

Eliza lowered the gun, turning the safety back on. Julia headed off to grab the mansion key and her coat. Now all she had to do was get there, get in, and get those kids out. She just had to hope Vivian didn't do anything to hurt them in the meantime.

Julia came back and headed for the door. Eliza followed close behind her, ensuring that Julia wouldn't try to run. Julia got in the backseat trying to get as far as she could from Eliza but not too far because she knew Eliza would shoot her if prompted without even blinking. Eliza got into the driver's seat putting her seatbelt on before turning the key in the ignition. Then they were off.
