“ Yea I'm going to find out what the bets are about ?”. I said . All throughout dinner I gave Mel and Tatiana the stink eye. We were having dessert When I looked at them. “ So what's the bet about?”. I asked, looking at Tatiana,I know she'll cave under pressure.
Mel smirked at me “ See between Everyone we wanna see who'll cave first, you or your brother. Let's see. We've got multiple bets in the line,you want in? You can bet against each other”. She said smiling. Dad started laughing and so did mom. How was this shit Funny.

1: who's going to be the first to pass out in the delivery room.
2 : Baby gender. We've got twins or male and female.
3: Who's going to cave and give Their Woman whatever she wants to get her to stop crying.
4: Who gets hit first, You or Bennett.
5: who's going to be a sucker after their child is born. Now that's a big one . Cause we've got a lot of bets on that one”.
I looked at Bennett. ” Fine , I'm betting on Bennett “. I said Looking at him.
“ Yea right , you're the sucker here“ ,he said looking at me.
“ The two of you cut it out , Always acting like teenagers ” , Allie said.
“ Nope, worse than that, sometimes like a toddler “ Tia said.

we confided in the others and they started a bet. Allie and I were laughing. When we got home that night after dinner he didn't spare me. I was naked and in bed faster than I could say no.
The date of our wedding was drawing closer and closer. A few Days ago I was introduced as Collin Jaques, daughter and the News was accepted happily by everyone. Joshua has never left my side. After the pregnancy announcement,he was even more alert than ever. I was headed to the prison. Dominic knew and so did mom and dad. I was sitting in the visitor room when she walked in.
“ Hello grandma ”. I said
She smiled at me “ Hello Tia, you look beautiful, you're glowing. Congratulations, I heard your wedding is in a few days”.
“ It is. Mom and dad are married, they're finally Happy”.
“ That's good, I'm happy to hear that ”.
“ I'm pregnant, you're going to be a great Grandmother ”, I said. She grabbed my hand .
” Oh I'm so happy Honey,so happy. It's yours and your mother's decision but I would like to be a part of your lives,my son's life “
“ You will be grandmother. I didn't sell the companies. I took one ,dad has one and the others I have trusted people overseeing them. I bought a house for mom and dad , when you leave here you can stay with them if you choose to. If not, I'll find a house for you. I just want everyone to be happy “. I said looking at her.
“ You really are an amazing young woman. I'm happy Collin has this chance to be in your life. I'm thankful to the man that raised you. You be careful and take good care of yourself. Say hello to your mother for me”.

I headed home and the house was a complete disaster. Mom and Mel had cleared out my house and brought everything over here , wedding gifts were being brought in ,I had no idea who was sending them . They said while I was on my Honeymoon they'll move everything over to our house.
Tonight was my bachelorette party and they wouldn't say where. They knew Allie and I couldn't drink so imagine my surprise when we pulled up to my house.
“ What are we doing here?”.
Mel , Cassie,Jess , Leah, Tatiana and Marcy were all standing there.
“ come on” , They led me into the house. They had decorated the living room.
“ I know you can't drink neither can Allie and we figured why go out and get sweaty amongst strangers. You're not losing your freedom ,we can always go out and party. We decided we would do something we haven't done since we were sixteen”. Jess said.
“ We're having a slumber party. We've got all the drinks,the snacks,board games and movies just like when we were teenagers”.
I couldn't help but cry. I began hugging them. “ You guys are the bestest friends in the entire world and I would never trade any of you”. I said through tears.
“ Aww come on you'll make me cry”, Allie said. They had gotten matching PJs for everyone. We sat and watched movies and ate junk food, the others drank and we played board games just like when we were younger.

Today was the big Day. It Was our wedding. For some reason I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be. Last night I hung out with Bennett. We drank until we got drunk enough to make mom pissed. We decided to have a race. Bennett ran over mom's tulips and drove his car up the patio.
I wasn't any better,I broke the fountain in the front yard. Mom came out and said something about immature idiots. I didn't see her this morning, Angela said she would meet me at the church. I was in one of the dressing rooms when dad and Bennett walked in.
“ Where is she ?” I asked
“ What's the matter scared she leaves you at the altar?”
“ Shut up Bennett ” ,in truth that was what I was afraid of. Maybe she changes her mind. I guess dad saw the look on my face.
“ Bennett,can you check if the priest is already here, it's almost time” ,Dad said looking at him.
“ Fine “.
After he left, dad looked at me. “ She's already here, you're mother and Allie are with her. I never thought I'd see the day where you would be afraid of being Jilted.
Don't worry she's not going to do that.”.
I heard a knock in the door. “ It's showtime bro”. I headed out with dad and Bennett. I was at the altar waiting for her. I didn't care about anything but her. When I heard the first strains of the wedding march, I looked up and saw her. She had a smile on her face, she looked so beautiful. She had on a black wedding dress, designed with white and silver patterns of beads and What looked like diamonds.
When she got to me and Collin handed her to me ,I saw the tear in her eyes. I took her hand in mine. This was the woman of my dreams , everything that happened led to this moment and I was finally making her mine. When the priest started speaking I zoned out , I kept looking at her. That smile never left her face. We said our vows and were officially husband and wife.
I pulled her into me and kissed her.
“ I love you Mrs Chase”.
“ I love you too Mr Chase ”.

Holy shit I was married. I looked at my mother and she was smiling. I wished Dad,Paul was here but I know he would be happy for me. When we left the church for the reception venue it started to snow. When we got there, everyone was busy taking pictures. Dominic had been smiling all day. Elizabeth came over to me.
“ This is your official welcome to the family sweetie. Congratulations I'm so happy”.
I hugged her ,“ Thank you mom”. We were sitting wheb Bennett gave his speech. I finally understood why his family accepted me so quickly and didn't make a fuss. Apparently Dominic always revolted when His mother or Allie introduced him to someone. He went as far to say he'd Walk away if they did it again That he'd find his own wife. I had the presence of mind to invite Jeffrey Anderson and Detective Ryan, Seeing as they had done so much for us.
Halfway through the reception we left. Mel and Allie said they had already packed my bags. Dominic didn't say where we were going and he warned the others not to say anything. I kissed everyone goodbye and we left. On the drive to the airport he finally told me we were going to Switzerland. Dominic hasn't let go of my hand for a single moment ,and I didn't want him to.
