[Camden]
I don't feel safe going to the corner store. Somewhere in public might be better, so I head to a big box store further up in this small town.
"Why did you want me to come with you?" Kendall asks, something odd in her tone.
"Maybe I'd miss you," I mumble.
"Really?" she asks with a grin.
"No," I confess, laughing. "I just worried that Marco might have someone waiting outside. I want you with me so I can protect you."
"Of course," she mutters. For a moment, I think she's upset, but then she smiles, and the tension dissolves.
Kendall takes most things in stride. More and more, I'm seeing how different she is from Elora.
Inside, she grabs a cart, pushing it as I trail behind her, feeling like her shadow. We pile it high, racking up a ridiculous amount of groceries.
She picks out a few clothes too, glancing back with a small smile as she slips a couple of items into the cart without showing me. I can only hope some of them are lingerie.
We hit nearly five hundred dollars by checkout. Loading everything into the car, I scan our surroundings. No one looks suspicious, no one trailing around, but I can't shake the feeling in my gut. Paranoia, maybe. But when someone's out to kill you, caution is survival, right?
At home, I haul in the groceries while she heads upstairs to change. Minutes later, she's back, sauntering down in a string bikini that leaves my throat dry and my heart hammering.
I stare for a long, heated second, feeling my body's immediate reaction under my sweats. She rubs her hand along her belly, like she's almost self-conscious.
"It's too much, isn't it?"
I nod, slowly. "It's definitely too much if anyone else were to see you in it," I growl, moving closer, hands grabbing at her hips, trailing down to that perfect curve of her ass.
She squeals, darting away toward the back door. "Well, I wanted to make good use of the pool."
Ah, the pool. She's always loved it, spending endless hours there with Elora in the summers, tanning and laughing together. It hits me differently, seeing her there now-seeing her like this.
"Funny that you think you're going to keep that on in the pool with me around," I mutter.
She laughs and makes a break for it, dashing outside and diving in, her splash catching in the sunlight as she hits the water in a cannonball.
I laugh, shucking off my clothes entirely and jumping in after her. We end up playing chase in the water, splashing, laughing, until I finally corner her, fingers quick as I undo her top, letting it float away.
I take her in, one nipple after the other, my mouth trailing over her like I'm starving. Her legs wrap around my waist, pulling me closer, and I grind against her, feeling the slick warmth of her skin.
Pool sex is less glamorous than it sounds, but making out with her-dry humping her, bodies desperate and wild-brings me back to being a teenager. This whole setup is new for me, spending this much time with one person. My relationships usually end after one or two nights. But with Kendall, getting to know her body, her sounds, the way she bites her lip and melts into me, feels like another kind of high.
She pulls away and climbs out, lying back on the beach towel she bought. "It's so nice out today," she sighs, sun drenching her skin in warmth, and I grunt, following her out and crawling over to her. She's still topless, her breasts rising and falling as she breathes, and I can't look away.
When I'm close enough, I tug one side of her bikini bottoms loose, letting them slip away until she's bare beneath me, her delectable pussy gleaming.
She's splayed out on the towel, eyes bright, chest heaving, and I lie next to her, my fingers tracing delicate lines over her inner thigh before sliding between her slick folds. She's so warm and wet it drives me mad. I circle her clit slowly, feeling her gasp under my touch.
"Principessa," I murmur, my voice low. "What do you want?"
"Want you to make me come," she breathes, her voice breaking with want, and heat blazes through me.
My cock presses hard against her thigh as I slip two fingers inside her, coaxing her name out of her with every thrust. She whimpers, arching her back, nails digging into my arms.
She's close, and it takes everything not to bury myself inside her right then.
But I can't wait anymore, not with my body aching this much, so I lean over her, my chest brushing her tight nipples, and push into her.
I move fast, hard, chasing my own release as she clenches around me, her cries getting louder, nails clawing down my back as she finally breaks, sending me right over the edge with her.
The rough intensity, her body tight against mine-it's everything. She sighs, wrapping herself around me as I hold myself up, muscles tight and trembling.
"It's such a nice day," she whispers, her eyes drifting closed, and I laugh softly, kissing her cheek.
"How about I cook some of those expensive groceries we bought?" I ask.
"Perfect," she says, smiling up at me, and my heart stumbles. This feeling-it's dangerous.
I need to be careful with Kendall Risi.
