Chapter 168
My breathing became even heavier and I couldn't help the noises coming out of me as I grabbed onto him, digging my nails into his soft skin and picking up the pace. He swore softly in pleasure, feeling up along my sides.
I breathed out his name, my breaths short and fragile. He kissed down my collar bone and chest, my hands gripping at his hair before I leaned up to grab into the roof of the car above me, moving my hips up and down and causing him to shudder again under me. His hands gripped my waist hard, and I bit my lip because of it.
I let out a loud mo-an as he moved underneath me, deepening the sensations we were both feeling. He rasped out my name, and I brought my hands down to lean on him again and picked up the pace even more.
I didn't bother holding back anything as we got closer to finishing, my moans filling the dark car.
"Fuck," he gripped my waist tightly, making me bite my lip hard.
I arched my back and kept my hands on his waist to keep from falling backwards as he pushed harder into me, letting out a mo-an of his own. My senses became overthrown and everything in my body felt like I was lifting into the sky, the sensations of a hundred galaxies flowed through me as I squeezed my eyes closed.
We both finished at the same same and I fell forward onto him, catching my breath against his soft chest as he shuddered out his last soft breath of a mo-an. I savored the feeling as I kept my eyes closed, a satisfied smiling working it's way onto my lips.
We stayed like that for a little while, before I leaned up to look him in his eyes, and he met my gaze. I could see the love in his expression as he brushed a piece of my hair from my face. I smiled and placed a sweet kiss on his palm as it lingered on the side of my face.
"Let's not tell you're bother that," Jessica spoke softly, and I chuckled, lifting myself off of him and rolling back over the center console to the passenger's seat.
Once we both took care of ourselves and both looked back to normal again, I fixed my makeup in the mirror, and we were back on the road again. I looked over at Jessica, an accomplished smirk stretched onto his face. I chuckled to myself.
"What?" He asked.
"Nothing," I replied and looked out the window until we got to my house.
When we walked into my house, Asmodeus was sitting on the couch with his phone, while Jake sat next to him watching the TV. He looked up at us and furrowed his brows, not having expected us to show up together.
"Hey," he greeted us nonchalantly, putting his phone down. Jake ran over to hug Jessica, and I looked back up at Asmodeus.
"Where's Carla?" I asked casually, trying to not look worried about her apparent absence.
"She wanted to spend some time with her mom and Connor tonight so I told her we could just hang another time," he answered and looked back down at his phone.
Shit.
I went to tell Jessica to scratch our plans of telling him tonight, but it was too late.
"So uh, Asmodeus," Jessica hesitated, and panic shot through me. Asmodeus looked at him expectedly, clearly not knowing why he was acting strange. His demeanor showed that he didn't think whatever Jessica was talking about would be anything serious.. and for some reason that really scared me.
"We have something to tell you, and I don't want you to get mad or anything, because you have no reason to be, and this shouldn't change anything, and you can trust me-"
"Jesus since when do you talk so much?? What is it?" Asmodeus cut him off with an eye roll, and Jessica shot me a weary look. I would have jumped in with a lie, but I was too thrown off to come up with one in time.
"Me and Layla, are, uh-" he looked at me again, and then back to Asmodeus. "We're.. dating. We have been for a while now and just didn't know how to tell you. But uh, I love her? So there's that," he finished wearily, and I cringed in anticipation.
My pulse throbbed in my ears as I looked over to my brother. He just looked to be in a state of shock. About a hundred emotions were flashing through his eyes, but he honestly just looked confused. This was the last thing he would have expected to find out from us. But then realization set in, and I could see as his face shift as he finally put all the pieces together in his head.
Then he looked at Jessica, and if looks could kill...
"Please say something," Jessica spoke, and Asmodeus didn't even bother scoffing at him. His gaze just remained burning, a mixture of hurt and rage and confusion, but all masked by a calm, jarring stature. I gulped.
Then Asmodeus's eyes flicked to the skateboard bruise on my arm, and his gaze turned lethal. He stood up from the couch and came to me, picking up my arm to look at it, but I took it back out of his hands, still frozen with panic- despite myself.
"Did you do this." He looked back at Jessica, his voice so deep it sent chills through me.
"What?? No! No I would n-"
"Do you know what the fk she's been through?" Asmodeus yelled, finally starting to show his anger.
"It was a skateboarding accident," I told him quickly, but he clearly didn't believe me. I was about to get mad at him for not taking my answer seriously, but he shoved Jessica backwards. I looked over at Jake, who was watching wide-eyed.
