I smoothed out the dark green and black plaid skirt while looking at myself in the mirror. This one looks better than the last two I had on.
Humming. I walked to the dark red blind that blocked prying eyes from me and pulled it back to peek out. My eyes fell onto Kade.
He was seated on one of those benches that looked uncomfortable and had no back to help his posture. This caused him to slouch as he typed furiously on his phone, looking to be bored out of his mind.
“Kade,” I whispered, trying to get his attention.
He doesn’t lift his head from the phone and by the looks of it, he was no doubt purposely not acknowledging me.
What a dick.
The sudden thought had my mind rammed by images that should’ve been flushed out of my brain. But sadly, the image of his erected cock flutters back in my head and suddenly the small space of the dressing room feels rather too small.
Heat crawled up my neck and drenched my cheeks in the color red. Great. Just great.
Was I seriously getting turned on, right now, whilst I’m trying on my new skirt for school?
“Kade!” My voice is harsher now, more fierce and loud. That might have to do with my current embarrassment for getting my panties wet in seconds.
This time he does acknowledge me. He lifts up his gaze from the phone and stared at me in boredom.
He must think I wanted his attention.
I don’t. I swear I don’t.
I just needed to ask him something then he can go back to do whatever he was doing prior.
“Where’s my mom?” I asked him, scanning my eyes over the many different color materials lined on the rack. Different school uniforms that reminded me that school was creeping towards me quickly.
Kade’s blue eyes stayed on me as he mumbles out dryly. “Went to buy some milkshakes across the street.”
Did she seriously abandon me with Kade out of all people?
I mean yes, the sales clerk was here but honestly, she was like a damn ghost. I haven’t seen a glimpse of her for the past ten minutes. Half of that time was me still inside the dressing room, but still.
I rolled my eyes and was going to say something snarky when the said sales clerk graces us with her presence. Her short height bounces around the hanged up boring plaid skirts as she claps her hand.
“Are you having trouble with the skirt love?” Her red lipstick made it impossible to be color blind.
I smiled awkwardly, shaking my head. I must look ridiculous with half of my head peeking out.
“No. I think I like this one. It fits me better than the last two.” I admitted, It wasn’t too long to make one believe I was some sort of nun and it wasn’t too short to have the principal call my parents in seconds. It was the basic length that was required.

Just a few inches above the knee.
She claps her hand again and honestly I was hoping her hands didn’t have a spasm. “Good! Come on out, let’s see it.” She chirps. Must be excited to know she’d get some money soon into her pockets when my mom pays her.
I looked at her with a blank stare. I know it was normal for her to want to see the skirt on me, but right now I was very conscious of how it looked on me. What if I look like one of those hillbillies?
I knew I was thinking that way because of the boy who sat just a few feet away. I wanted to look nice for him. I didn’t know why or how the feeling appeared.
I’ll blame it on his features. There was no way I’d want a guy who looks like that, see me looking like an unpeeled potato.
Seeing that her smile was letting up and I’d eventually have to show her how the skirt fits me, I decided to suck up my embarrassment and anxiety and push the blinds away, completely revealing myself.
I walked out and the sales clerk nods. “You’re right. That skirt was definitely made for you. Do a little twirl.” She makes a circling motion with her index finger.
My jaw ticked as I refuse to flick my eyes to him. But I could definitely feel his gaze. The skirt wasn’t flattering, I knew that. But something felt off with his stare. And it was enough to have me gulping as I turned around.
“Ooh. It fits your curves perfectly. Your bottom looks good in it too. It’s definitely a perfect fit.” The woman squeals and I wince.
“It looks really good doesn’t it?” She asked and I had a feeling it wasn’t for me. And I was right, it wasn’t directed at me, but him.
“Yeah, it looks really good,” Kade’s voice is strained and very, very hoarse. I’m surprised by how his voice affected me.
I turn around quickly. That was enough of staring at my bottom for today.
“Yeah, I think I’ll get this one, “I cleared my throat and she mutters something about checking the front door in case of new customers and leaves.
Awkward and not confident enough to sweep my gaze to Kade, I turned around and walked back into the dressing room, swiping the curtain back to protect me from prying eyes.
Mom better hurry up come back, and she had better bring me a double chocolate milkshake. If not, I’m not forgiving her for leaving Kade with me.
I’m not someone’s babysitter. Even though it really might look as though Kade was the one babysitting me.
I looked at myself in the mirror and turned sideways to see what that woman was talking about. A cute hump. Very cute hump. At least now I know my ass isn’t as flat as I thought.
I smoothed down my palm on my bottom. She was right, my ass actually looks really good in that bland skirt. Flattering or not, I had a nice shaped bottom.
I shook my head and wrenched my hands away from my ass. Jesus, I was being a creep to my own damn self.
Rolling my eyes, my fingers pinched the small zipper between my fingers and tried to push it down. My eyes widen slightly when my tugging doesn’t work.
Was it really stuck?
I tried again, huffing and groaning in irritation.

“Fuck!” I hissed, when it doesn’t budge. Just my luck.

“Come on you stupid piece of shit,” I snap. It wasn’t like the zipper would listen to me anyway.
“Everything alright in there?” I could hear it. He was amused and slightly intrigued.
It would take this, to get his attention.
“Perfectly fine,” I snapped and groaned when another failed tug left me with a skirt still intact.
This was my karma for touching my butt. Now my skirt was attached to my bottom and didn’t want to get off me.
Suddenly the blinds tugged aside and a huge frame fits himself in the small little dressing room. I jerked away, staring at Kade through the mirror’s reflection. He was really tall.
“What the hell are you doing!?” I hissed, my fingers still on the zipper.
His eyes fall to the zipper. The small space wasn’t enough for us. Kade was literally brushing up against me. He was too close.
“Helping you,” He answered and a little surprise noise at the back of my throat escapes my lips when his fingers replaces
mine.
I stay there muted and shocked when the zipper works for him. It was unzipped without a hassle.
What the hell?
I blushed. Hoping he’d not think I was faking my struggle.
I hold the front of the skirt, not wanting it to fall off my body and reveal myself to him.

“Thank you,” I murmured, tearing my eyes from his through the mirror.
I gasp when I suddenly feel a finger sneak through the waistband of my red cotton panties and teasingly pull them away from my skin before dropping them. It smacks against my skin.
“Nice underwear, red.” Chuckling, he leaves me in the small little room. With my cheeks flaring with heat, I quickly get changed and thanked the Lord when my mom’s voice greets my ears seconds later.
