Chapter 111: Is this a prank?

Elizabeth's point of view. I wanted to scream and tell her to check the name on the phone screen for her to see if I was just a mere worker or someone who needed to pass on information to her boss. I told the lady what the name on the screen displayed, and she said it was my angel with 3 love emojis, I told her that then it was obvious that I'm not just anyone to her boss, that I am her boss's wife, and I need her to tell me where Sebastian was and she said that he was too busy to get on the phone right now, and I asked her again to tell me where Sebastian was and what exactly was he doing that he could not answer his phone, and she said that he was busy with some clients, and she is managing his phone till when he is done, so I can only talk to her for the time being. She refused to tell me where Sebastian was, what he was doing, and who he was with. Sebastian never told me he had a female assistant before, how didn't I know that there was a female worker that was this close to him to even answer his calls? It was all new to me, and it was also driving me crazy at that point. I told the lady that once Sebastian was done with whatever he was doing then he should me, but she said that he might not be done for a long time, so I would have to wait. I was so angry that I was sweating so much, Felicia entered the room and asked me what was going on and who I was talking to on the phone. I removed the phone from my ears and put it on loudspeaker so Felicia would also hear what the lady was saying, so I told the lady to repeat what she said earlier, and she said it again, she said that I would need to wait for Sebastian to be done with whatever he was doing before I would be able to speak to him, and immediately Felicia collected the phone from me, and angrily she said to the lady, listen up lady, I don't know you neither do you know who I am, but the lady you are telling to wait, is your boss's wife and you are being extremely rude to her, and if you think because you are in charge of answering Sebastian's calls you to feel you can speak to anyone how you like then you are very wrong because need I remind you that you can actually lose your job for been rude to your boss’s wife. I was just looking at Felicia while she was talking to the girl, and I really wanted to tell Felicia that it was fine, and the girl was only doing and saying what she was told to. I dragged the phone from Felicia and I told the girl that whenever Sebastian was done I would be waiting for his call, but just then I heard Sebastian’s voice, I asked the lady if it was Sebastian, but she immediately ended the call, and I knew something was wrong, then when I looked at Felicia, she asked me if the lady ended the call, and I said yes, we both knew something was going on, it was either the lady did not want me to speak to Sebastian or Sebastian doesn't want to speak to me, or Sebastian was not even working, there's a possibility that Sebastian was not even at any work, maybe the lady is not even his assistant, but if not then who exactly is the lady, what is going on! I screamed at Felicia, and she told me to call down. I was losing it and it felt like I was going insane, but I was trying hard to control myself. Thinking worrying about Sebastian would definitely be the end of me, and I was trying to look normal as I walked back to join the other students. Felicia said she would try and find out what exactly was wrong, she said she didn't want me to worry, and that I should just stay focused on work, and I should not let anything stress me out. I was acting all normal like everything was fine, but I could not hold it anymore I excused myself from the class, and I walked into a toilet I called Mrs. Shelby, and she answered the call almost immediately, then I explained everything to her, and some lady was not letting me speak to Sebastian it was almost evening, and I hadn't heard from my husband all day, Mrs. Shelby said she would make some calls, and if possible she would go to all of Sebastian's offices, and she will make sure that she doesn't come back without her son, and finally, I felt very relieved hearing that from her, then I ended the call and returned to my class. It was almost time to close for the day, but no sign, no call, and no text from Sebastian. That was the first time that Sebastian and I had stayed this long without speaking or seeing each other, and it was making me have very wild thoughts, and I could not think straight throughout the day. We were done for the day, and I was ready to go home because I had been through a lot for just one day. The driver was ready to take me home, but I did not see Felicia, I called her line to find out where she was, but when she answered she said she was out with Mrs. Shelby, and they were both busy going to all Sebastian offices to check if is there, and I smiled openly. It was a beautiful thing watching a mother worrying for her grown-up son like that. I told Felicia that I would come, and join them, and she should tell me where they were.
