*Suhas Pov*
How dare he decide to go to my home to take her away from me? I will not let Navya go anywhere from me.
If she is not near me, I will go mad, and I am sure of it. I immediately reached our home as fast as I can to stop him from doing anything.
I just hope he will not tell everything to her. I would have been happy that she gets to know what kind of family she has, but now I don't want that to happen.
She will get more pain from all this. That would have been a different matter if I was near her then, I could hold her and let her know about them.
Yeah, I was ready to tell her everything so that we will not have any secrets between us, but I actually don't care whether she believes me or not.
Now, as I am away from her, I just wish they don't tell her everything, or I wish for the better wish for her not to believe them.
Opening the main door, I rushed inside, ignoring the surprised look of Padma Aunty. But when I was about to reach the stairs, I heard him saying, "I don't want to let you stay with that monster son anymore."
Monster son! Did he just call me that again? I looked up the stairs in the glare, but it turned into a shock to see that my life is going to fall, and I immediately rushed climbing the stairs ignoring his statement.
I don't care what he calls me or anyone calls me. I would have cared if this person was not in my life and would have stopped in my tracks to go into some stupid depression.
But now she is the only thing that is important for me, and I will not let anything happen to my life. I reached the top stairs with open arms and then felt her falling into them.
I closed my eyes when I felt her in my arms in fear that this is all just an imagination, and she actually fell down. I can't lose her! I can never lose her.
Then I realized that this is absolutely real, and she is actually in my arms when she started shaking in them. I crushed her body entirely to me with still closed eyes to believe that she is safe.
"Shh... I told you right everything would be fine. I am here right." I started saying whatever came to my mind with my eyes still closed and rocked her body with mine to stop her shaking.
I then opened my eyes to see her still shaking in my arms with eyes completely closed in force. I released one hand from her and placed it on her head to pull her even closer to me.
She then stopped shaking a little and tightened her arms around me. We both just stood there hugging each other, and I kept on assuring that she is safe.
"Navya! You should be careful where you are going dear." Her mom said, and I glared at both of her parents who are standing near the edge of the stairs.
She immediately stilled in my arms and released herself from me against my protest. Her face was completely near me, but her eyes are still closed.
"What are they still doing in this house?" She asked me surprising us three.
"What?" I asked her in shock.
She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me blankly saying, "Those are the people against whom you want to take revenge right? What are they still doing in this house?"
"I don't want to do anything to them Navya. I left my revenge completely." I replied, holding her face.
"You shouldn't! They took away your love from you. You shouldn't forgive them so easily." She said, and I looked at her in shock.
"Navya! What are you talking?" Her dad asked her shocked.
"You shouldn't forgive them for taking Kavya... Di away... from... you." She muttered the words and fainted, but I immediately caught her.
I lifted her into my arms and took her to our new room. Placing her on the bed, I called the doctor whom I requested to come here whenever she needs a consult.
I paced around the room and saw her parents standing at the doorway in fear. A few minutes later, the doctor arrived and started checking her.
"How is she doctor and the baby?" I asked her after the check is over.
Then I heard her parents saying, "Baby!" in shock. I ignored them and heard Doctor saying, "Baby is fine! But she really needs to be staying away from any stress. Her blood pressure is completely low at present so you need to take care of her so much."
I nodded and thanked her for coming on short notice. After she left I went near the bed and placed my hand on her cheek.
"She is pregnant?" Her mom asked happily as for her dad, he has a completely cold expression.
I turned towards him and replied "She is!"
"We will take her away." Her dad said, walking towards the bed, but I stopped him blocking his way.
"She is my wife and mother of my child. You can't take her away from me." I said glaring at him.
"I will not let some monster blood pass on into our family. Now we can't do anything, but we will at least try not to let your genes overtake the baby." He said, and these words would have made me angry or hurt.
But now, I smiled and said, "Get lost from my home this instant otherwise, I will call security."
"My daughter is there in this house." He said glaring at me.
"The same daughter who could have died because of your foolishness and selfishness. So don't take 'my daughter' card now. If you can't save your own daughter, and if you do everything, which just hurts her, then she is not your daughter at all." I shouted at him.
"Why don't you let her decide it, then?" He said looking behind me.
Then I turned to see Navya in a sitting position leaning against the headboard but looking at us or shall I say looking at me. I sighed with relief and started walking towards her.
"What are they still doing here?" She asked me.
"Navya!" Her mom said.
"What are the people on whom you have revenge still doing here?" She asked again.
"Navya! I don't have any revenge on them." I replied.
"Then they are strangers right! So what are some strangers doing in this house?" She asked, making three of us look at her in confusion.
"Navya! What are you saying? We are your family." Her dad said in a pained voice.
"I don't know what he is saying. I don't have any family, and I am all alone. So please I don't want the presence of the strangers in front of me." She said still looking at me but didn't glance even once at them.
"Navya! You must be in shock or something. We are your parents, and you have one sister who is married and pregnant. Now do you remember us?" Her mom said worriedly.
"Suhas! Can you please take away the strangers from my sight? I want to take some rest." She replied, making them realize that she actually didn't forget her memories or something.
I looked at them and asked them to leave this instant. But they walked towards her and tried to touch her.
She moved away saying, "I don't want any stranger to touch me."
They gasped but left the house after a few minutes just looking at her. I instructed the watchmen to never let them enter this house again and walked inside the house.
I took some fruits with me and entered the room to see that she is just lying on the bed looking at the clock. I sat beside her and she immediately sat up.
She looked at me for a few minutes and asked, "What was the small condition he put in front of you?"
"We will talk later, Navya." I replied, giving her the fruits.
"What was the condition?" She asked, looking at me with a still blank look.
"He asked me to stay away from Kavya for two years without even contacting her. So I shifted to Mumbai and even left my mom to prove it." I replied.
She still looked at me like I need to tell her everything eating the fruits. I sighed and said, "I didn't even call my mom those two years thinking I may ask about her, and she will tell me. So my mom got really hurt when I returned with tears in her eyes. But when I got to know that she was already married, I remembered only those tears and decided to take revenge on them."
I decided to tell her everything but also keep it in short. I just hope she will not hate me after knowing all this.
She still looked at me in blank expression, so I continued saying, "Kavya always used to say you are the heart of the family, so I wanted to take you away from them completely and just portray to them that you are sad and let them have guilt for the thing they did. Mom wants me to get married so that will also help that wish and... and I didn't think I could live with anyone other than her, so I thought of marrying you as you are..."
I couldn't finish it no matter how much I tried because I still feel entirely sick that I even did this to her.
"As I am similar to her." She completed it and nodded at me.
"I am again telling you Navya after a few days I didn't even think about her. You are the only one in my life completely and I..." I stopped when I saw that she is not even looking at me.
"Navya!" I said and started placing my hands on her shoulders.
But when I placed them, she moved away shouting "Don't touch me!"
"Navya..." I called her in shock.
"Don't touch me! Like I said I don't want any stranger to touch me, and you can leave the room." She said in rage.
"Please Navya..." I pleaded her, but she didn't even look at me.
I started leaving the room, but she stopped me saying, "And the tears in your mom's eyes are not because of them. It was because of your actions. You just acted selfish and hurt her so don't throw that blame on anyone else."
"They asked me to stay away..." I started saying, but she cut me off saying, "They asked you to stay away from Kavya... Di. But they didn't ask you to stay away from your mom, or they didn't even stop you from calling her which you could have done everyday."
Saying that she made me stun completely making my eyes go wide, and she lay down on the bed closing her eyes after switching off the lights.
She is right! I thought still looking at the silhouette of her in the little darkness.
