Chapter 4
I flashed a bloodthirsty smile, looking like a complete maniac.
The crowd that had been watching the drama quickly backed away, afraid of getting blood splattered on them.
I turned to look at Claire’s terrified face.
“Don’t think just because you didn’t go to prison, you’re not a killer.”
“As long as I’m breathing, you’ll never have peace.”
If she’d stayed far away, that would’ve been fine.
But she had to parade around right in front of me.
Even if she died under my knife today, she’d brought it on herself.
“Nora, you wouldn’t dare. I know you’re just trying to scare me…”
Claire’s eyes were full of defiance.
The next second, I pushed hard and the knife sank straight into Claire’s shoulder.
She let out a horrified scream.
“Garrett, save me!”
“Nora’s completely insane…”
“Get Nora!”
Garrett had come prepared. He looked at me coldly and kicked me hard in the chest.
“You think I’ll keep tolerating you, you psycho, bullying and hurting Claire?”
That kick used all his strength. I was knocked to the ground, tasting blood in my throat.
Claire was injured, bending over in pain.
But Garrett lovingly supported her.
“Quick, get the emergency medical kit from my trunk!”
Garrett’s eyes were full of concern. He’d stopped bothering to hide his feelings.
He applied medicine while having his bodyguards call an ambulance.
“Garrett, I’m fine…”
Claire stopped the bodyguards. “It’s just a small wound. When the knife stabbed me, it cut sis too.”
Claire leaned against him, glancing at me casually.
“Honey, do you think Nora is acting crazy because she’s lonely?”
“We’re both women after all–I get it. You haven’t been intimate with her all these years. Maybe she’s been craving a man’s touch…”
As soon as she finished speaking, Garrett lovingly stroked her face.

Chapter 4
“You’re so thoughtful and gentle.”
“But a vicious, disgusting woman like Nora? I wouldn’t bother touching her.”
Then Garrett threw out a check
“You guys, go ahead.”
He ordered the bodyguards: “Make Miss Reed feel good, and there’s a bonus in it for you.”
Seeing the amount on the check, the men’s eyes widened. Unable to resist the temptation, they started taking off their jackets and walking
toward me.
“Sorry about this, Miss Reed. We will take real good care of you…”
Garrett pulled Claire back a step and whistled.
“Now we’re about to see a good show.”
“Everyone better pay attention and watch closely. Record what needs recording–don’t miss this chance.”
They moved forward to tear at my clothes. Only one bodyguard looked at the scattered suit jacket on the ground with confusion.
“Mr. Blake, this jacket looks like it’s men’s…”
“Probably just some random jacket she picked up. Don’t worry about it, just get to work!”
Just then, a top–of–the–line black luxury car pulled up.
The man who got out had a commanding presence, his voice low and terrifyingly calm.
“Nora, whoever just touched you–I am chopping off their hands!”
