Chapter 10: Dreaming of Cloud again

Kiran finished up mopping the floor, and soon shut the shutters with Belle. They made their way out to the parking lot when suddenly Kiran heard a wolf whistle behind her.

Kiran smiled and rushed towards him happy to see him.

"Nathan?"

"God, I missed you."

He embraced her in his hold and spun her around in his arms, making her laugh. He kissed her forehead and then sat her on the ground. Nathan kissed her cheek and then made out with her passionatley.

Kiran closed her eyes, and returned his kiss, but as she did so, she suddenly pictured her forbidden crush kissing her.

"So, so, much." He pulled away and hugged her.

Kiran chuckled and embraced him, nevertheless partially feeling guilty.

"Well, I'm glad you're back too. It's been an interesting week."

"How so?"

"Belle, stop."

"Kiran has got a secret admirer."

"Belle!"

Her friend scurried away leaving Nathan staring down at her quizzically.

"What?"

Then Kiran looked at his eyes and furrowed her eyes brows at him.

"What's wrong with your eyes?"

"Never mind my eyes, babe you got a secret admirer?" He raised his brow, scoffing in shock and jelousy.

Kiran sighed and told him about this mysterious guy going up to Hana and handing her a bunch of red roses to give to her.

"Oh, shoot I should have got some flowers before I came out to see you."

"Nathan, I'm just glad you're back." Kiran then kissed his cheeked and hugged him out some more, feeling safe and relaxed in his arms.

As Kiran embraced her man a certain Alpha wolf got jealous, and let out a mean ferral growl, from behind her diner wall.

[M] Dude!

[H] I want to r!p that kid's head off.

[M] No you don't, c'mon!

Startled, Kiran turned around and quickly hid behind Nathan's back.

"Www…Was that a mountain lion?" She stammered afraid.

Nathan quickly escorted her to her car and sat her inside.

"Lock the door, I'll go check it out."

He then pulled out his gun, he was officially licensed to carry, surprising her.

"Nathan, be careful!" Kiran said as he quickly headed over to the place where he heard the growl. That was no doubt a growl of a wolf.

After seeing no one was around, he quickly headed back to his girlfriend.

She unrolled the window of her car and Nathan tucked his gun behind his back.

"Head back home, I'll see you soon."

"Wait, what are you going to do?"

"I need to see if that mountain lion isn't on the loose."

"Nathan?"

"Now, Kiran." He snapped surprising her, with his sudden angry voice. Kiran gasped, shocked and surprised.

He sighed controlling his tone.

"Look it's late. Just, get home now." He then walked away to his car leaving her stunned and speechless.

That was the first time he'd ever shouted at her.

Kiran then went home and stripped of her clothes in the bathroom.

She'd made sure no cameras were inside however as she stepped out in her wrapped up towel, she felt like her room was still bugged. She soon slipped inside her little walk in closet and changed quickly, before stepping out, in her pjs.

She flopped her self tired on to her bed whilst her thoughts raced towards her boyfriend. Nathan.

He'd cut his hair to a military style, and he didn't look quite thin and lanky as he used to. What kind of training did he do at the boot camp that made him change his persona around her? More over he got buff.

She soon fell into deep sleep.

~ Dreaming ~

This time when her forbidden crush entered her diner, where she was usually mopping the floor at.

She couldn't understand why she always met her forbbiden crush at this odd hour.

He walked in with his dark office suit. He closed the door behind him, and then turned his alluring sight towards her.

Kiran whole body tingled once again at the sight of him.

No.

No, she needed this crazy lust spell, this insane attraction she felt for him. It had to stop!

"Hello, Kiran." He flashed his silver eyes at her

Was he a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare? She couldn't tell anymore. Was this even a dream or was she imagining him, since in reality, she couldn't stop thinking about him, for the past three weeks?

Whatever it was, she needed to him to stop.

"Stop right there!" She pulled her hand up like a red traffic stop sign.

"Why?"

She didn't give him a reason and Kiran decided it was time for her to run. She couldn't let her forbidden crush get to her like this. Not in her dream. She felt bad enough that she was dreaming about him in the first place.

"Kiran where are you going?" He called out, as she saw her running, but Kiran darted straight to the kitchen and opened the back door rushing out.

A strange growl came from the back and this time she looked back afraid and surprised.

Hadn't she heard the same growl before tonight?

She suddenly crashed into a hard wall, and Kiran yelped out with her body flying backwards.

However her forbidden crush, caught her fall.

"What's wrong, why are you running from me?" Henry asked puzzled with her actions.

He steadied her, and Kiran then gently pushed him away.

"I can't be dreaming about you. This is wrong Hardhik!"

{H} I hate Mark for naming me that!

{C} Forget about your stupid name, and tell her it's not wrong.

"It's not." Henry reached out to touch her cheek, but Kiran stepped back, not letting him do so easily.

Her whole body tingled at his cross proxity and although she liked it, she knew she couldn't.

She wished to be loyal and faithful, just like her boyfriend was to her.

"Yes, it is! I can't be dreaming about you when I've a boyfriend."

"Then why aren't you dreaming about him?" Henry asked circling around her slowly.

"I…"

"Face it, you like me more than him."

Kiran's heart skipped stones guilty.

"I can't like you!"
