Damn, that dopey girl. He held the side of his face, Jayden was force to laughed when he saw the scar right at the side of his lips. What's funny?
Your face, it's very funny, I should have given that girl an handshake for teaching you a lesson.
Really now?
Of cause, why will you tell her that?
She started it, how could she say my girlfriend must be miserable.
Then you have to tell her that, her boyfriend should cheat on her with her sister?
Yes!
Hell no! Don't you know that is the most painful thing, that could happen to any girl?
I don't know, I am not some girl. Dante take a few step, the wave pushed the bottle right on his feet. What nonsense is this? He picked it. A letter inside a bottle. He wants to open it.
Hey don't! I am sure, whoever did this want his or her wish to be granted by God?
Stop been silly, it's human that could grant this, not some kind of God we don't see. Dante is stubborn, even though Jayden want him to drop the bottle, he refused to drop it. Come on, I can't believe that naughty girl make me have bruises.
He pushed the door with anger, as he enter into the presidential suite, Jayden look at him.
Stop staring at me, I need to get that stupid girl.
To do what?
What do I have to do with her? Except to make her more miserable for ruining my handsome face
Who told you, you are handsome?
I am not blind, I could see with my eyes, so back off. He used the antiseptic to care for the injury at the side of his lips, seeing the scar he sighed badly.
Can you stop? Is not like it will remain there forever.
I could only stop when I make that jerk pay for this.
You getting naughty by day, let's see what is in there.
In where?
The letter in the bottle.
Jayden, you should go to your suite, you getting more annoying than the girl.
I hope you read and fulfilled it, since you are now God.
Of cause, I will.
As arrogant as Dante, he still joke around, he pushed the door behind Jayden as the young man goes out, the evening had been spoiled for him by that jerk of a girl, he is still thinking of what to do with the girl, when his phone ring, is from his dad.
Not now, father, I just don't want your nag. He pressed the end bottom but the man is not taking that for an answer, he called again and again. Father!
Don't you want to take the call?
Sorry, I was busy.
Where are you?
Out of the villa.
I know, where...
Father, not now, I am busy. In as much as he try not sound rude, his voice always betrayed him, especially now that he is mad because of that naughty girl
Fine, you should come home.
Whoa! Did you missed me that much? Or Is it that you love to see my face? His humor is annoying Harold, he could feel it but he is not going to stop, he just wants his father to get mad then switch off the phone but then Harold is not going to let him win this time.
Dante, stop with your jest, it's annoying. Harold is getting irritated but if he get mad, he is not going to drive home is point.
I am not Father.
Then fine, you should read your mail and stop putting my call on hold.
Father, just tell me, I don't have those time to go do that. Harold pinned his lips together, to hit Dante was in his mind but that is not possible, the boy is far from him. Father, are you...
I will be having a meeting with the Lim by tomorrow, I will love for you to attend, he will be coming with his daughter, miss Alicia Lim, you two can get to know each other while we discussed business.
This old man is daring him, he should know anything like this, piss him and he is still pushing it.
Sorry dad, I will be...
Dante, you should know that, your imprudent smell badly that I always get choke with it and my patient is running out by the day.
Dante is aware that the old man had reach his limit and is waiting for him to end the call but hell no, he is not doing that, the usual was for him to annoy him and then Harold will always end the call in anger.
You do not have a choice, you should be back at the villa by tomorrow, we are having the meeting here while hosting the family during noon
But...
No but, you should be here, this is part of taking the business into the next level.
Fine, I will. He said at the end just to end the conversation, he is more irritated now than the incident with the girl earlier.
Miss Barbara! Young mistress! Ethan called as he see Barbara running very fast.
I am fine! She said as she run into the suites. She had finally got home, still irritated at the incident, she felt like going back to give him another scar, she is burning in anger, she fall on the bed and gasped for air, her phone ring! She had so many missed called, none she is interested in taking, just when she is about to switch the phone off.
Kathleen call comes up, she wiped her tears, she need to be calm, if not, Kathleen will flame up.
Hey Kathleen! Barbara called her friend first before she could speak. Sorry, I haven't been taking your calls.
And where thou hell have you been? That made you ignores my call.
I just told you, I am sorry. Her voice was low, which is unlike her.
What did that jerk of Derrick do to you?
What? She try to compose herself
Yes, what did he do to you?
He did nothing, I am just annoyed by one jerk of a boy, he hit me but still think I am at fault but not to worried, I send a punch across his face, he should be nursing it by now.
Where did you meet him?
At the beach house, he is really so annoying.
Why did you go there?
Not that! She said like a whisper, she had come up with that, so she could stop her friend from asking more questions but that didn't work for Kathleen, she knows something is wrong, they were supposed to meet at the Cafe shop but Barbara didn't show up and now, she is at the beach house sounding all cold but she is not fine.
Go on! And I am not going to take nothing for an answer. She breath out. We break up. She finally drop the bombshell.
What? Kathleen yelled.
Did we even break up, that jerk cheated on me with that naughty sister of mine and the two are really shameless, I caught them on the act but they felt no remorse, they are still kissing in front of me. She break down again in another round of tears, Kathleen felt bad, that she had pushed it, she would just let sleeping dog lie.
That is enough, you should stop crying, do you want me to...
No need, I will be back home, tomorrow, dad text that he is coming back soon, instead of the weekend, I can do this, I was just a fool to think he love me but then it's a good thing, we break up, you know me, I will be fine, in a few days.
That bastard!
It's fine, I will call you when I get to town.
Bye then, you should take care of yourself. She breath out, as soon as the line die off, she nodded again like reassuring herself that she could do it.
The next morning, Dante groom himself like a man going to have his marriage certificate, Jayden is please with what he see, he smiled so wide at him making Dante staring suspiciously at him.
What ups with the smile?
You looking like a groom going to pick his bride. Dante cough out, he had read the letter in the bottle last night, after he get off the phone with his dad and that last part had keep him worried. Hey don't choke to death because of Marriage.
You very naughty. Dante said as he pulled the keys.
Do you want to drive?
Is the car yours? He answer yet with another question. Get in, if you don't want me leaving you here.
