The ward that Morgan had Gran use is brilliant and my mates and I added to it too. No one can hear what goes on in here nor see it either. Gabe is helping too. Because Gabriel has advanced chronokinesis which means that he can't just slow time but manipulate it as well. This way the passage of time can be made into an illusion thus allowing him to control what others see.
Plus, no one would suspect that an angel is aiding us, not even Raven. Angels have been absent from this
world for two thousand years. While demons are always around but must be summoned. I am learning more and more about our world and how we fit into it, but can I trust everything that I am experiencing and learning?
I guess I will find out the answers as we go. All I know is that it took a lot out of me to bring Gran back. Now she is that phoenix that rose from the ashes and can fully lead her new life. I wish that I could grant her eternal life, but I don't know how I did it to my mates and if I could do it to others.

My niece puts me in mind of my sister so much. It's in her thoughts and actions as well as how she looks at her mates and cares for her friends. There isn't a moment that goes by that I don't miss hearing my sister’s laugh or her pulling some childish prank on me. Oh, how I wish that the day I lost her for eternity was a prank. But unfortunately, it is a harsh reality. She was a huge part of creation itself and some of the very beings that she designed betrayed her.
Angels, like the one I became, aided in the ultimate destruction of my sister but there's one thing that they never counted on. Well, two things, Eva and Cassius. I along with my sister and their fathers kept their births a secret. We used all of the magic that we could muster to hide them from the cruel world that saw fit to destroy gods and goddesses. However, it appears that our magic started to weaken before Eva found a mate. Our magic was to keep them shrouded until they found their mate who would unlock the shackles preventing them from knowing their true identities and thus accepting their mate bond.
I am now thinking that my sister fractured her soul and attached it to her children. This might be why they have multiple mates or at least why Eva does. It might be why I see so much of her in Eva too. The piece Eva received could have been larger than the one Cassius got or perhaps something already inside of Eva amplified it. Cassius might be still bound too because he hasn't embraced his eternal gifts as Eva has. But his father had different abilities than Eva's too. However, I have not seen Elena utilize the amount of power that Eva can either.
I must accept the fact that my sister is gone forever. She won't be born into a new body as Guinevere, The White Wolf, has. I am saddened by that, but one thing that I now know for sure is that my niece is now The Mother Of Creation. She is life and destruction. She is the ultimate goddess and I am hoping that she's a vengeful one too!
I am keeping everyone shielded but the Falls and Eva. As we follow Adele out of her office, Eva and Sam teleported back home to get their car and then teleported it near here so that they would appear to have driven here. Eva is very crafty, but look at who her mates are. I chuckle to myself, one impaled people and still would too. I have also arranged it so that our group can safely mindlink without anyone else overhearing, but I am only capable of this for a short time especially since I used so much of my light to help remove Adele's shroud.
Through the mindlink I told the Falls to not say anything that wasn't at least partially true until Eva and Sam officially arrived. Eric and I both sensed magic approach right before Dalton got here. Eva and Sam will keep Dalton distracted so that I and the others can get close to him. The more information we can glean from him without his knowledge of it the better. Then I can place a guardian
tracker on him. It is undetectable unless you know to be looking for it. Since no one suspects that Eva could have angelic blood, no one will look for this tracker.

Eric says, “Gabe, he is wearing an amulet because the power I sense isn't him but coming from him.”
Vlad replies, “So that means that either he has an artifact in his pocket or an amulet under his shirt.”
Morgan purrs, “I agree.”
Vincent asks, “Eric, can you see anything?”
Eric answers, “No, he's shrouded.”
Morgan says confidently, “Then it's definitely an amulet.”
Vincent asks, “Could he have both? Because Eva didn't sense him approaching until he had already crossed the perimeter.”
Eric asks, “True, Morgan what known artifacts could allow him to nearly appear out of thin air?”
Morgan sighs, “A Portal Stone but the material needed to make them is very rare here on Earth. It is why witches just use a spell to make a portal instead.”
“I will relay it to Eva that he has both an amulet and a Portal Stone.”

This could go badly if we don't stay a few steps ahead of Raven. She is a determined and powerful witch and a fairly strong vampire too. Before their latest transformation, she could have easily ended Vlad, Vincent, and even Eric but not anymore. This will infuriate her, and I will relish it. Raven is too much like those who came before and sought to change nature’s grand design. My sister only made one mistake, loving and trusting all of her creations. I will not allow Eva to make that same mistake.
I relayed it to Eva what we concluded about Dalton but I felt Sam's agitation. He truly hates magic, but he's going to have to accept that the ultimate magic is why he's alive and has such a powerful mate. I know that these other guys do because I can feel it. I can also feel the Haze creeping up on them. both pity and envy them because I never had the chance to meet my mate.
