CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN
LUCIAN'S P.O.V
I watched, fascinated as sunlight danced over Aurora's features pounding her hair into an array of rainbow colors that bounced off her soft strands. She was so beautiful as she slept peacefully, her arms tucked in her chest, a smile on her lips. I reached out my hand and ran it gently, almost not touching, along the side of her face. Then I pressed a soft kiss to her lips and carefully stood up from the other side of the bed.
I didn't want to wake her up because I knew she would be very tired and worn out from yesterday. Yesterday's event flashed through my mind as I made my way to the bathroom, closing the doors so I could brush my teeth and shower. I never knew that she was in love with me and I could have used my own hands to chase her away. Who knew I could be so stupid? I shrugged, staring myself in the mirror. Of course only I could be that stupid, even Griffin will attest to that.
Who the hell will give another man permission to ask his woman out? Me? I'm so stupid. I rinsed my mouth, frowning at my bed haired face, I have a bone or two to pick with myself later.
And maybe with Kieran, because why would he make me do that. But if you also look at it, he just helped me know where I stood with Aurora. I chuckled happily, knowing that his face was going to look like shit when I tell him that Aurora and I were now finally mates.
"Ha! In your face, Kieran."
I started the shower, letting the hot water splash onto my body, when suddenly the door was pulled open.
"What the fuck?" I rushed to grab a towel and cover my lower bits, wondering who could be barging into the bathroom like this.
"Hey handsome." Aurora's face popped inside, she had a sly grin on her lips.
I immediately grinned, letting my hands fall from the towel. It dropped to the ground with a plop, her eyes widened as they trailed down my body, coming to stop at my penis. I grinned wider, making a thrusting motion at her.
"Hey beautiful. Like what you see?"
She swallowed and nodded shyly, darting a pink tongue to lick her lips. Then she stepped in fully and my breath caught in my throat because she was naked. Fully naked in all her glory, her plumb breasts waved at me with pink pointy nipples. She placed her hands on her hips, striking a seductive pose with a mischievous grin and a look on her face that promised something dangerous and single. Her hair was wild as it fanned out over her, draped across her shoulders, looking like a goddess about to seduce a foolish mortal. "Like what you see?" She purred.
My mouth felt dry, a growl erupted from me and I made a swift grab at her, pulling her body flush against mine. She looked up at me, her eyes heavy lidded as she smiled.
"Hi."
"Hi." I replied then leaned down to take her lips in a long kiss. She was panting by the time I released her. "You know I fucking do. How was your night?"
She shot me a look beneath her lashes, her fingers drawing circles on my chest.
"Oh, it was perfect. Exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. I feel like I've been to heaven and back."
"Hmmm. Really?" I leaned my head against her forehead, my hand on her bottom, kneading it softly. "Tell me what's it like?"
She panted, her breath hitching as I kept caressing her bottom.
"Like nothing I've ever seen before. Lovely and perfect. Just like you."
The warm feeling in my chest grew, my wolf could barely stop wagging his tail because of the love for our mate.
"I love you." I growled out, finding her ear to nibble at the tip.
"I love you too."
"Let me prove it to you again, just to make sure you know how much I love you."
My hands traveled from her bottom and moved to her breasts and lady bits. She grinned against my neck, arching her back, the promise of what I was about to give, pleased her.
"I'm ready to be a witness to your evidence."
"Then don't mind if I start." I growled back, lifting her up and placing her across my middle, the length of my penis teasing her folds.
And let's just say that we ended up spending a good thirty minutes in the shower then another two hours holds up on my bed. Until someone knocked on the door.
"Go away!" I yelled from where I laid, holding Aurora against my chest while we were drifting to sleep.
"Get out of there Lucian. It's been hours." Griffin yelled from outside, sounding annoyed.
I'm the one who's supposed to be annoyed.
"Tomorrow! I'm doing something very important." I yelled back.
Aurora giggled, slapping my chest.
"He's right, we should go downstairs."
I grunted, rolling my eyes in annoyance, but a smile on my lips as I caressed her smooth legs.
"Fine, but only because you insist."
"I insist, we can continue later, and..." She leaned in and whispered, "...maybe I can show you how good I am with my mouth."
My penis sprang to life again, I squeezed her leg in answer.
"You're trying to kill me, Aurora."
"Time is ticking you know." She wagged her brows.
I shot up from the head, drawing out shuddering breaths.
"They have only five hours and we're back here."
She laughed, standing up and pushing me to get dressed. We were dressed in no time, when I opened the door, Griffin was still standing with his hands crossed, waiting. He didn't look surprised when he saw Aurora coming out with me, he simply snitched the air and shot me a grin.
"Finally. It took you guys long enough. Luna."
"Stop it." Aurora blushed, turning her head away.
I smiled, taking her hand in mine and placing a soft kiss on the back of her hand.
"It was worth the wait." Then I looked at him. "I plan to announce to everyone today, that we are now mates."
He nodded.
"That would be perfect. You can do that after seeing your guests."
"And who are the guests?"
We walked towards the sitting room. He looked at me,
"The pack elders...."
