Meanwhile in Allan's office, Eve was upset because Allan always called her for unimportant matters. For example, pacing in Eve's office when Eve was discussing something with her Muslim Alberto.
Allan seemed to be watching her at work, or just listening to their conversation. Or sometimes Allan asks her to make coffee, tea or just a drink. If Allan wanted he would send his secretary, right? But this Allan deliberately disturbed Eve's peace.
When Alberto was forced to leave Eve, because he had to do something in his own office. But the funny thing was that Allan didn't move from Eve's room, he still sat on a big sofa in front of Eve's desk.

"What are you doing?" Eve asked irritably.
"Me? Of course I'm working! I'm checking the email reports of some departments." Allan exclaimed while picking up his tab.
"That's not what I meant!" Eve exhaled heavily as she walked over and stood up and propped herself up on her desk.
Allan looked at Eve, "So? What do you mean?"
Eve made an annoyed face, trying to put a straight face on her face.
"My point is, why are you still here? You can work in your room, right?"
"Oh..that...I'm being lazy! After all, this is part of my office, right? So, I guess it's okay for me to be here! What, do you mind that I'm here? What...did you lose concentration because you saw my handsome face? Huh? Come on, admit it!" exclaimed Allan teasingly as he walked over to Eve and leaned on Eve's desk right next to Eve.
"You're so confident Mr Watson! I just don't like it when you watch me at work, like a child! If you don't trust my abilities, you can break off this partnership! I don't mind! In fact, I'm glad! No more dealing with you!" Eve then turned back towards her chair.
But Allan hurriedly pulled her hand away, "Wait, Eve! What are you talking about? I don't feel like I'm watching you, I trust your ability! Otherwise, my company would not have chosen you to be my interior and resort furniture designer, Eve. Whether you're my wife or not! What we see is your ability! That's all! Isn't he the one handling this project? I am accountable to him, not directly to you! It's not appropriate that you should be here! If necessary, I can meet you in your office! You still have to go to the office every day and it's up to you if you only want to report to Alberto! I won't mind because it's the same for me!" Allan said coldly.
Eve looked at Allan with blinking disbelief, ' Why would Allan be this rude and sadistic? It's outrageous! How arrogant of him! Unfortunately, what he said is true! Eve was still thinking hard until her mobile phone rang, Eve hurriedly picked it up.

Eve said while tapping her fingers on the glass of her office desk. And all of that was noticed by Allan who was about to leave the front of Eve's office but didn't when he heard Eve mention Damian's name.
"What? Lunch?...Hmm... "Eve looked at her watch and found that it was almost lunchtime without realizing it.
"Alright...I'll...!" Eve exclaimed but was cut off by Allan.
"NO WAY, YOU MUST HAVE LUNCH WITH ME!"
Eve turned her head to glare at Allan, "WHAT?"
