ADELINE
I woke up with juxtaposed feelings and a huge smile on my face. I felt tired yet I felt energized. I wanted to sleep more and yet I wanted to climb on top of Luciano and ask for more.
I wanted to scream out loud in excitement that last night was the best night of my life but I also wanted to stay in bed and cherish those moments.
I wanted to confess to him how much I loved him and all yet I wanted him to be the first to say it to me. I wanted to know what he felt, did he really love me?
Luciano was a fucking animal and aggressive when it came to handle anything and everything but he had been such a gentle giant last night, taking care of me and cherishing me whole night.
“ Good morning “
My eyes moved up to look at his face. His morning voice was such a tease and I had to hold myself back from melting. I shyly looked away feeling myself pulling away from him from letting him see me naked as the only thing that was keeping my body from exposing was the thin duvets.
Luciano smirked before stretching his arm and wrapping his arm around my waist.
“Well, good morning, little princess. Did you sleep well, or were you too busy dreaming about me?”
Luciano grinned, propping himself up on one elbow making my cheeks to warm up at his teasing.
“ You were dreaming about me. Not me! “
I quickly shushed him and avoided his gaze only for a deep chuckle to escape his throat.
“Why would I need to dream when the real thing is right here? Though, I must say, you snore a little when you’re completely satisfied.”
My eyes widened at his words and I placed my hand on his bare chest to keep a distance between us.
“I do not snore! Take that back!”
Luciano laughed and Pulled my waist closer making me hold his arm due to the closeness between us.
“Okay, maybe not snore. More like a cute little… purr.”
I narrowed my eyes and looked at him suspiciously making him blink innocently.
“Oh, a purr, huh? Like a satisfied kitten? Well, someone was purring too, but I won’t name names.”
Luciano widened his eyes and pretended to be offended making me roll my eyes.
“Are you saying I was purring? I am nothing if not a lion, fierce and untamed!”
I rolled my eyes, teasingly as he chuckled.
“Oh, please, King of the Jungle. Last night, you were more like a puppy begging for attention.”
Luciano grinned, pulling me close.
“If I was begging, it’s because you’re impossible to resist. You’re trouble, Adeline.”
I smiled and softly traced my fingers along his jaw
“And yet, here you are, willingly walking straight into it.”
Luciano leaned closer and kissed my forehead making me close my eyes.
“Every single time.”
“ Luciano “
I softly called his name and looked up at him in eyes and he looked at me with his morning gaze making my body to tingle. The sensation sent shivers down my spine as I softly held his cheek, my thumb caressing his light beard.
“ will you turn your back on me again? “
Luciano looked at me sternly. Her eyes reflecting something I could not quite catch and gasped when he suddenly stood up making me whimper as the cold air struck me.
“Luciano,”
I murmured, my tone half-warning, half-curious as he began to approach me with purpose. Before I could protest, his strong hands slid beneath me, effortlessly lifting me off the bed.
“Luciano!”
I gasped, clutching at his shoulders as he straightened up, holding me against his chest as if I weighed nothing. The sheets seemed to slip away but I clutched them tightly.
“ shhh ”
he said, his voice low and teasing.
“I thought it was time we started the day… properly.”
I blinked up at him, my cheeks already warming under his intense gaze.
“And carrying me like this is your idea of proper?”
His lips curved into a wicked smile.
“Oh, we’re just getting started.”
He strode toward the bathroom, my body pressed snugly against his. I squirmed slightly in his arms, but his grip remained firm. The steam from the previous night’s bath still lingered faintly in the air, the scent of lavender and something uniquely theirs.
Luciano set me down on the cool marble floor, but before I could step away, his hands were at my waist, drawing my closer.
“Luciano, what are you—”
My words were cut off as his lips claimed mine, hot and insistent. I gasped against his mouth, my hands instinctively pressing against his chest.
“Wait,”
I managed to murmur, turning my face slightly, my breath coming in quick bursts.
But he didn’t relent. His lips trailed down the curve of my neck, planting slow, deliberate kisses that made my knees weaken.
“Why wait?”
he murmured against my skin, his voice a husky whisper that sent a shiver down my spine.
“You think I’m letting you go after last night? Not a chance.”
“Luciano…”
I started, my voice trembling with a mix of protest and desire.
He tilted my chin up, forcing me to meet his gaze.
“Look at you,”
he murmured, his thumb brushing my flushed cheek.
“All shy and sweet now. But you weren’t so innocent when you were crying out my name, were you?”
My eyes widened, a rush of heat flooding my face.
“Stop it,”
I whispered, pushing at his chest again, though my movements lacked any real conviction.
“Stop?”
he echoed, his smirk deepening.
“Why would I stop when I can see how much you love it? Every little gasp, every blush… it’s all mine, Adeline.”
My resolve wavered as his hands slid over my curves, pulling me back into him. His lips found mine again, softer this time, coaxing rather than demanding.
“Luciano,”
I murmured against his mouth, my hands curling into his hair as I gave in.
“That’s my girl,”
he whispered, his voice like silk as he turned us toward the waiting bath.
He lowered me into the warm water, his movements slow and deliberate, his gaze never leaving mine. The heat of the water was nothing compared to the fire between us as he leaned in once more, his lips brushing against my ear.
“Now,”
he whispered, his tone dark and teasing,
“let’s see if I can make you gasp even louder this time.”
