Chapter 11: Chapter Eleven

Reworked update coming soon!James looked down at the worried and shocked expression the woman had. He realized the words that just came out of his mouth, the words his wolf had forced out of him and his anger rose. His wolf had been so desperate for a mate, he had fucked through every female in his pack and many of the neighboring packs. No one denied him. No one dared. Now it was down to this. He was desperate enough to test a human and it was disgusting. His green eyes searched Cassidy’s face for a moment before he growled. “Kneel.” He commanded and watched almost curiously as her worried look almost instantly became defiant and the female squared her shoulders at him.

“No.” Cassidy sat with every last ounce of resolve she had in her. It was a foolish decision to stand up to this man, but she was the daughter of an alpha herself and she refused to be treated this way. Or abused… or whatever this man had planned for her.

“No?” James repeated back, a slow calculated grin on his face at her continued defiance. “Who are you to tell me no? You will obey me… Now kneel!” he barked at her, using the chain wrapped around his fist to jerk her forward up against his body. She was so light, he wasn't prepared for her to come unbalanced at his forceful pull and fall right against him.

Took in a sharp breath when the wolf yanked her forwards and she did the only thing she could do as she was toppled from her standing position. Her hands gripped his shirt as they collided together, her body pressed up against his and she froze when his muscled arm wrapped around her back to keep her from falling. Cassidy looked up, wide eyed and at a loss for words. The touch from the alpha wolf sent heat and warmth rushing through her body. Every last fine hair stood on end and she almost whined when the heat pooled and collected at the juncture of her thighs. She stared up into James’ eyes, watching as his pupils dilated slightly as his wolf took control of him again. “I… Am an Alpha… I… Will not obey you.” She almost hissed at him, her tone heated as she tried to shove away from him but found herself trapped by the hand holding the chain on her collar. “LET ME GO!” she demanded angrily.

James lost himself to his wolf the second her soft body was in his arms. When she claimed to be an alpha, he blinked for a second trying to take in her claims but then just threw his head back and laughed with his deep and rich tone as if he actually found what she said to be amusing until she demanded he let her go. “I SAID KNEEL!” he roared at her in turn, using his strength to force her down by the chain.

Cassidy felt sick when the alpha yelled at her to kneel. She trembled from the force of the command, the pure authoritative tone that vibrated through her as he asserted his dominance not only through his voice, but his power as he pulled the chain attached to the collar around her neck towards the ground. She let out a sound of distress as she was bent forward, her hands losing her grip on his shirt and she started to struggle with him again. The alpha didn't just stop at making her bow or kneel in front of him,his movement was swift and controlled as he grabbed her by the back of the neck and pushed her unwilling body to the ground until her for head was touching the concrete.

She placed her hands on either side of her head, trying to push back against him but his strength far outweighed her. She growled lowly, knelt down with her for head touching the floor. “You fucking dog… I'm am a Roan! You cant treat me like this!” she yelled at him but her words only brought out a dark and sinister chuckle from the man followed by the sound of metal scraping against metal.

“I don't care who you are. I will treat you like you deserve…” James growled as he bent low over top of her, his mouth close to her ear to whisper his words.

Cool metal circled one of her wrists and snapped into place, the warm skin of his hand trailing up her arm. The contact of when the man was over top of her made Cassie panic, his words even more. Did her name not carry any weight anymore? Did no one know who she was? Cass twisted underneath of James swiftly to confront him, make him understand. The second she was rolled to her back however, James was growling and gripped both of her wrists, pinning them above her head. James laid his weight across her lower body to hold her still and the two of them stared at each other for what seems like minutes to Cassidy when it was only seconds. His face was passive, looking almost shocked. His eyes were intense and focused on her like a predator. Her breathing quickened and she tugged her lower lip with her teeth for a moment. She had seconds to make a choice. Fight,or submit to this wolf. The image of Jett with his battered face and body flashed through her mind and his advice soon followed. ‘Tell they you are human and you don't know anything, they might let you go…’ he had said.

Cassidy made a soft sound close to a whimper and she forced herself to relax under the man, turning her head to the side in a show of submission. “I'm… My name is Cassidy Roan… I… was traveling with the werewolf. I lied before… I am human. We were just passing through I swear it.” She said in a hushed tone. James was silent above her and still long enough she had to glance back up at him and she wished she hadn't. He was scowling down at her, still as ever and then growled so low it made goosebumps spread over her skin.

“You're lying.” James stated in a cold voice and Cassidy’s face fell giving away to him that she had been. He had believed her about her name perhaps, but that was the only thing. He bared his teeth at her and held her wrists in a tight grip, reaching up with his free hand and pulling the second chain down to lock around her other wrist. “And you are a poor liar.” He said coldly. He was reluctant to move off of Cassidy, but he did, pushing himself up and leaving her to lay for a few seconds on the floor before she scrambled up to her feet and bolted for the door.

She was going to try to get away from him. She had tried it Jett's way and well, she failed that but as she took off towards the door, she had forgotten the chains and with a sound of metal on metal, she was brought to an abrupt halt and pulled back towards the center of the room. “Let me go damn it!” she screamed at him, glaring at James who was now smiling as he pulled a handle on the wall down wards again. It pulled her closer to the middle of the room about a foot each time he moved the handle until she was in the middle and her arms were stretched upright and she was almost up on tiptoe. “You're making a mistake. Let me go! Please!” Cassidy cried out when James stepped away from the wall, facing him.

James didn't believe the womans words for one minute and the human side of him was currently overtaken by the wolf side of his mind. “I think not.” He said gruffly and pulled a folded blade from his pants pocket, flipping it open as he approached. The wolf side of him was all aggression, dominance and ruthless when it came to protecting his pack. His wolf took what he wanted when he wanted it. Right now, he wanted the female that was almost hanging from the silver chains.

Cassidy seen the glint of the blade when it was flipped open and she felt her stomach drop in fear. She growled loudly, her head snapping up and her golden eyes fixed on James who seemed to hesitate when she growled at him but he kept coming. The cuffs were uncomfortable on her skin, feeling like they had been heated just before the point of real pain but she knew if she didn't do something, that knife would be causing her a lot more. The moment James got within reach of her she kicked out with her legs trying to strike at him, but the man was prepared for it and laughed. James grabbed her leg with his free hand and lifted her leg up until it was hooked over his hip. His large hand moved up to her thigh as he placed himself between her legs, his fingers digging into her flesh in a firm squeeze. Cassidy was lifted at such an awkward angle, keeping her other foot on the ground was out of the question and her only choice was to bring her other leg up to wrap around the other side of his waist. “Go ahead… Kill me. Ive got nothing left anyways.” She snapped at him, tears springing to her eyes as she glared up at the male with all the hate she could muster.

James raised a brow when the female grabbed him with both of her legs, his wolf getting excited at the position she put them in. He was already feeling the blood rush to the hefty length trapped within his jeans. Even her tears did not calm the wolf down. He smirked and gripped her shirt, pulling the fabric towards him and letting the sharp blade cut from the bottom of her shirt to the top. The fabric fell open to expose her in just her bra and James couldn't help but growl in appriciation. “I'm not going to kill you… Not until I've had you.”
