When we were finally able to bring Josie home it was a breath of fresh air.

She has been home for almost a month now, and it has been amazing to have her back in my bed and back by my side. Josie has been doing great with her recovery and I am so glad to see her finally getting back to her usual happy, loving self again, she has had a long, hard road to recovery and I know it is getting harder to not mark her, I want to make sure she is okay before we actually mark her and she seems to be ready too but I am a bit hesitant because I just want to make sure she is okay before we take that next step.

Josie and I have gotten closer and closer by the day. Things have been going great. Two weeks after I brough Josie home from the pack hospital we were finally able to settle on a punishment for the witch and the Rogue that helped her kidnap, Josie. Josie wanted to put them to death, and I was against it in the beginning because I didn’t want that to be on her conscience for the rest of her life, but Josie was very adamant about it, saying how she didn’t want to be looking over her should her the rest of her life wondering if the witch was going to come back again. So even though I was against it, for her mental sake, I let that punishment go through.

Josie wanted to be the one to hand deliver the punishment, but I made it a firm no, I was worried I would have to use my Alpha command on her to make sure she knew I was not going to let her do it. After I explained why I didn’t want her doing it, she was a bit hesitant, but she gave in, and we let one of the enforcers handle the dirty work. So, I am happy to say that the witch and the rogue are no longer a problem for us.

As for Tiffany…Well that one I had to talk with my dad and Josie about, and with my dad’s approval I was able to have her banished from the pack. We figure out that the old woman who took Josie is somehow related to Tiffany a distant relative to her grandmother on her father’s side that was banished many years ago. Her parents were not happy about Tiffany being banished, but it was because of Tiffany that the old woman was able to find Josie in the first place.

When Tiffany’s parents got upset about her banishment, I told them that they are more than welcome to accompany her to another pack on the other side of the states where she is now residing. Her parents decided to go along with her. I can’t say that I was sad to see them go. One less family for me to worry about when it comes to the safety of my Luna.

Josie decided a couple weeks ago she wanted to go back to school, and I was a bit hesitant at first, but she proved to me she felt okay enough to go back, and we are almost done with it too and I can’t wait to be done. As soon as school is done my dad is going to hand over the Alpha position to me and once, I get settled in everything, I will have my parents help me put together a Luna ceremony for Josie to welcome her into the pack and as the new Luna.

Then we will be able to start our life together and talk about our future and when we are going to start our family. Which I know she doesn’t want to start too soon. But that is okay with me. I am just eager get my mark on her.

Josie has been doing great. After her wolf finally decided to come back a couple weeks ago, she told us that Josie is going to shift for the first time in a long time, she was anxious and she was starting to panic a bit, but I managed to keep her calm.

When she finally shifted, she had a hard time at first and she was in a lot of pain, and the power that was beyond what any of us thought was possible. When she shifted, I was shocked to see what her wolf was like, her wolf was the most beautiful color I had ever seen Mila was a beautiful pearl white with dark black paws so dark they look like there was a blue tint to them, they looked like she had socks on her feet and her eyes were purple. I was glad to see that she has a little of my wolf color in her because my wolf is dark black as well, dark enough to look like there is a blue tint in my fur as well and the funny thing about it is that I have one white paw the same shade as her fur. It’s like the moon goddess was planning every detail to make us mates down the color of our wolves’ fur. But I couldn’t be happier than I am now with my little mate by my side.

“What are you thinking about Max?”

I turn to look at the beauty lying next to me in our bed, snuggled up along my side and I smile down at her and I still can’t believe she is my mate, my Luna.

“Just thinking about what life has been like for us the last month and a half.”

“Oh yea?”

“Yea. It’s been pretty crazy, everything we have been through, and we still managed to come out on top and remain together.”

“Of course, we would always be together Max, we are mates. Do you doubt the Moon Goddess or something?”

“NO! Never. I’m just glad to have you by my side. I could never ask for a better mate and Luna. I can’t wait to see what our future holds together. Once we graduate in a couple months, we will be able to take over the pack for my parents, then we can hold your Luna ceremony and then move on to what we want next out of life.”

When I look at her, I see a look of hesitation.

“What? What’s wrong?”

“I was just thinking about the Luna ceremony. I don’t know if I want to do anything so big and fancy. Maybe just keep it small and intimate. I mean the pack is huge and I don’t know if I want to do through all the fancy stuff. I mean you know how I am about drawing attention to myself.”

“Okay. If you want small and intimate, then that is what you will get. Whatever my Luna wants. My Luna gets.”

She looks up at me with a huge smile on her face and leans up to give me a kiss and it becomes more heated the more we continue. Then I am taken by surprise when she pushes back on me and climbs over me to straddle my waist, with her next words that leave her mouth and I need to pull back to look at her to see if she is serious.

“I want you max. I want you to mark me.”

I never thought I would hear those words so soon; I have been dying to hear them for the last year! Is she serious?
