Chapter 37: Alpha Daniel

Alpha Daniels pov

“Did you see that? She growled at me?!” Allison looked like she didn’t know what to feel when I reeled her in and smiled at her pretty face. She overthinks about simple things, as the beta girl following her instincts.

“She was just being protective of her pups; I would have been worried if she didn’t react that way.” She bites her lip and looks lost, like an Omega again standing in my mansion. I’m not too fond of that. Allison was my everything, and I didn’t want her to be sad.

“She didn’t growl at the girls when they cleaned her up, and they were closer!” she gets an accusing look when I smile and kiss her forehead, making her pretty face frown. She is just jealous, and I know it.

“So, she felt that you were powerful, not like the servant girls, who are submissive.” She frowned more when she didn’t believe me, and I sighed at her following words.

“I wasn’t a threat! I just wanted to see the lights closer, that’s all!” she is getting upset, and I knew she was hurt, wanting to be close to the pups, and I stared into her silver eyes, head tilted up, and looked at me, still hurt.

“They aren’t lights anymore, Allison; they are beta-born pups.” She sniffles when I talk about the lights and all that; she needs to get that before something happens.

“I know…...” she sniffled more and lowered her eyes, and fuck me. I was feeling her pain, the big gaping hole we had shared since we lost our pup... She wasn’t the same since that day, and neither was I.

“We will have our own pup, one day,…. Don’t get too close to the beta female in the next week or so; if her beast thinks of you as a threat, I will have to deal with Ben’s beast as well since he is going to protect her even more… you will see baby, I will do the same when it’s our turn.” I smile at her, and she gets a little lighter in her pretty silver eyes; the goddess, I love her. I wished she could get what she wanted and what she deserved.

“We should have a celebration. This is still a big thing. It's a triple birth of Beta, I mean, that doesn’t happen, and it’s amazing!” she seemed to exist again when I just nodded at her Yes. She was right, it was rare as fuck, and me having more beta, even as pups…... made me stronger, I liked the idea more and more, and if I could make Allison happier, I was doing it.

“Yeah, absolutely, I link Ben about it, and I tell you what he and the girl want….” She smiles and rolls her eyes that I don’t want to say her name, Milly. What a stupid name; at least Candi was just a nickname. No, Milly was just Milly, and I knew it.

“You should say her name; it's kind of rude, not too…” she seemed to have forgotten that she was defending the girl who had growled at her when I nodded. Sure, I was rude; ask anyone.

“I’m serious, Dan, say her name sometimes; she isn’t the devil just because she is Ben's, new mate….” She stops when I snarl, she has no fucking clue what she is talking about, and right now, I want her to shut the fuck up!

“Or what?!” she snarls back when I just walked away. I hate that she challenges me back sometimes. I wasn’t going to kill her just because I didn’t want her to compare that skinny girl with my sister. She was Ben's, real mate. End of fucking story!

“Are you fucking coming or what? I’m going to sleep, and maybe you should too!?” I walk out of the bathroom dressed in my pajama bottoms when she pouts on the edge of the bed.

Sometimes she is this mighty queen, and at times like this, it's like she is still this ignorant Omega that doesn’t know shit about life.

She raised her head, and I knew she heard me, but I didn’t give a shit right now. She heard me, and I meant it.

“that’s because I don’t fucking know. You won't tell me and have to fucking guess shit. Most stuff I learned was from ears dropping on people, Daniel. Do you remember that I am an Omega? I didn’t go to fucking school or anything. I just worked like a fucking slave for people like you!” she is standing up when I take off my watch and huffs, I know, and she doesn’t let me forget that part at all. That she hates people like me like we are all the same.

“I wasn’t here when it happened, Allie, and you know it; otherwise, I would have fucking killed anyone that hurt you!” she smirks at me saying that, like she doesn’t believe me, just because that gamma fucker killed the guards that hurt her first, doesn’t mean that I wasn’t going to be just as brutal on them, worse.

“There are still many people in this pack that hurt me. Do you think it’s just people living here in the mansion?! Hardly!?

Anyone above my rank had a free shot at doing whatever they wanted to me and my kind. You don’t fucking get it; I want things to change! Not just for me, for every Omega out there, being treated like slaves, even children, Daniel!” she screams at the end, and I didn’t move when she started to throw things around. She complained about me trashing the place? I just waited until she got tired, and hey, at least she hadn’t destroyed the bed. That was still better than me.

“Fine, you point them out, and I kill them. Will that make you happy, baby? “She pants, staring at me like I’m crazy when I walk past her and get in bed. I’m tired. Holding back Ben was hard, he still was fucking strong for being a Beta, and I needed to sleep; if she wanted me to kill people in the pack, that would have to wait, at least until it was morning.
