Chapter 40: Man-Slut

Chapter 40: Man-Slut

Eduardo's POV.

“That rude, little girl!” I hissed as I walked towards Logan's study room. I couldn't believe that little girl disrespected me that much.

“No wonder they are friends.” I scoffed angrily as I shook my head. Stubborn. Fearless. ‘Gosh, I hate her!’

AN HOUR EARLIER,

“Don asked me to drop you home.” I walked past her angrily. I really didn't understand why Logan gave me such an order. That girl was just a spoiled brat that needed to be taught some lessons.

“So?” She rolled her eyes, halting her steps, and stared at me rudely. “So behave because I can actually kidnap you if you get me angry.” I walked towards her, trying to scare her, but she didn't budge. She was too fearless for her safety.

“Like you dare!” She spat, glaring at me. “I—” I was saying. “I can't stand you either.” She scoffed angrily, walking out on me. “You can't stand me?? I can't believe you either! You stubborn chicken!” I yelled, walking behind her.

“Where are you going?” I asked, signaling the boys to prepare my car. “Nevermind, I will take care of myself. I ordered a ride already.” She snorted at me. All the women in the city always find a chance to sit close to me, but she is rejecting my ride? What a crazy girl!

“I really don't wish to do this too, but it is a direct order, and I am obliged to carry it out. So, even if you have ordered a ride, that will be none of my business—because you are coming with me.” I said and dragged her to the car.

“Pervert!” she screamed, but no one was bothered by it. 'Pervert?' Women are dying for me to touch them!’ I widened my eyes at her as I closed the car door.

“Bye, boss.” They bowed as I drove out of the compound. “Are you really going to kidnap me?!” She widened my eyes, hitting my shoulder aggressively. “Ouch!” I winced in pain. “Are you trying to dislocate my shoulder? Huh? Behave!” I scolded her, but the stubborn look on her face made me shake my head hopelessly.

“I know you are not ladylike, but try to behave like one. Pretend if you can!” I blurted angrily, making her angrier. “You kidnapper man slut!” She exclaimed.

“Man slut? Again?!” I widened my eyes angrily. I wasn't trying to be petty, but she was really pushing me.

“You know your mouth can actually save you from being kidnapped by shutting it up?” I pushed her forehead backward with my index finger.

“Bring it up, man slut!” She sticks her tongue out. “No more words from you, stubborn, foul-mouthed chicken!” I slapped her laps angrily, and she hit me back, but it was triple the way I hit her.

“You are not ladylike. You are not attractive either!” I hissed, dropping her off at a random junction. “I'm almost home, fool!” She stuck her tongue out, then I realized. I drove to her estate thinking I gave her punishment.

She got down from the car and slammed the door aggressively. “Go to hell!”

“I hate her!”

BACK TO PRESENT,

“Don? I'm back, Don!” I said, knocking on the door continuously. “What is it?” He opened the door hurriedly, and he looked like he was caught doing something bad, like a saint.

Something was off. He opened the door looking like he’d been in a wind tunnel and was trying way too hard to pretend he hadn’t. His hair was a mess—not stylishly messy, but touched messy. His shirt was wrinkled and backwards, if I wasn’t mistaken.

He kept fidgeting—touching his face, smoothing his hair, and shifting his weight. He laughed at nothing, then stared a beat too long, like his mind was somewhere else entirely.

I squinted at him. “You good, man?” I asked.

Logan blinked, straightened up, and flashed a too-wide smile. “Yeah! Why? What's up?” He asked, and I just raised an eyebrow.

“Come in,” he said, and smiled, which was weird. The second I stepped in, the air hit me—thick, humid, like it had been bottled and shaken before I opened the door.

It smelled… lived in. No, not lived in—used. Stale sweat, warm skin, something musky and sharp, like the echo of cologne and body heat melting together. Not a gross smell exactly, but unmistakable. Lingering.

The windows were still closed, blinds half-tilted like they didn't want to see what had just happened. The desk was rough, as I could see some papers on the floor. “Did an earthquake happen here?” I gasped looking at the shelves; they were beyond recognition because books had fallen off some. Seeing handprints on the walls and on the shelves.

I didn’t see anyone, except Logan, but the smell made it feel like another person was still in the room—like the room itself was sweating, trying to catch its breath.

I stood there for a second too long.

“What happened here?” I muttered, rubbing my nose. I smirked, looking at Logan naughtily. 'Bad boy.’ I thought, seeing, there was a bead of fluids—mya mix of semen and maybe vaginal fluids—on his precious leather chair, giving it a stain.

“Nothing. I just— was planning to change my tastes.” He said convincingly. I chuckled seeing how nervous he was.

“Taste? “Indeed,” I smiled. ‘Of course you need to renovate it; the walls are still recovering.’ I thought. “Sit.” He ordered. “Alister's boys are causing trouble; are you sure you don't want me to take care of them?” I said coldly, looking at Logan for a reply.

“Leave them for now.” Logan muttered in a low voice, like he was trying to avoid getting caught. “If others see this, they might think you are getting weak.” I said, worriedly.

“I will take care of it soon.” He nodded. We went through some documents, and soon Logan was chasing me away. “Go home.” He said, and I scoffed at him. “Since when did you care about my whereabouts!”

“You should rest soon.” He said casually. I walked towards the door, then paused after feeling someone's presence in the room.

“I'm sure someone's here.” I mumbled, walking towards the shelves, and the look on Logan's face could actually make the headline if anyone from the underground world sees it. “Yaa!”
